Mr. Nisar is very professional and caring. He explained the various options and prices. He got us two heaters so we can be comfortable. Also not forgetting the two installers Gope and Shankar they were expert in their job . It was very neat and well done. Would highly recommend them.

I returned from vacation to a freezing cold house. Our furnace was stopped working. Outside temperature was in -14 and -18 degrees. I called Home Depot and they sent us a very pleasant and helpful person Mr. Irfan Khatri from EnerSave Consulting. He came in the evening hours, advised and showed us alternative equipments. He helped to select the right ones for our house. Since delivery and installation was for next working day he brought us his personal space heater to help keep us warm during the weekend and family day holiday. Everything was easy and smoth

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and paid for its installation. Installation was completed the same day by A Plus Air Systems. I found all their staff to be friendly and efficient. Nisar and Reza completed the installation quickly and carefully and made sure I knew what they were doing and why. They left the work site clean and took away the old tank. Best of all I had hot water by suppertime.

My water heater gave us very hard time in 2016 winter. I called A Plus Air System. They send their Tech Nisar. He examined the heater and resolved the issue in half hour. I found him very professional technical, very quick, and expert in his work and I am enjoying hot water without any problem. Thanks to Nisar and A Plus Air System, awesome job done. I love to share the whole story. I observed water heater leakage this winter. Called the customer service # pasted on water heater. They were the installer and responsible for any damage as the water heater was 6 years old and was under warranty for 10 years. They send a technician he removed some parts and told me that water was leaking through heat exchanger he said that he will order new heat exchanger which may be received in 2 business days and part is free. He took $100 for the visit/inspection. They received the part after 5 business days and told me that I have to pay delivery charges $50 for the part and installation charges $1100. This was totally unexpected for me and I felt very bad, they should tell me the total cost in advance so that I decide in the beginning. Any way I cut the story short. We have to be without water in swear winter of January 2016 for 10 days. Then I called A plus Air system and got the issue fixed. Once again Thanks to A Plus Air System.
