The companies account manager contacted me within 24 hours and explained the policy & procedure of the company and offered me to send the inspection team within 4 days and on the third day they came on site and found the exact problem of leaking and given me quote.to fix the issue. The costs were clear and they made a point of being very upfront and honest about all costs involved. On the day of the repair they showed up within the time slot they provided and assessed the issue and explained how they were going to fix it. They also assessed the condition of my entire roof and provided an inspection report at a later date about possible future issues with solutions and a quote. Our roof lost quite a few shingles this past winter and needed repairs. The assessment/estimate was quite detailed including pictures. The cost of the assessment is being deducted from the cost of repairs. I was impressed with their report and professionalism. We are now waiting for Mr. Roof to proceed with the work required.

my tenants reported a recurrant leak. I had it fixed by another company before but they said it might last 5 years. Lasted a year and a half. Mr. Roof Repair fixed it temporarily and recommended a permanent fix. had no problems over the winter and have contracted them to do the permanent fix.

After moving in to our new home, we noticed that we had a pigeon haven on our house.
We patched up the balconies with netting, but that just made the pigeons migrate to an eavestrough in between mine and the neighbouring house.
That spot and another at the rear of the house was the pigeon hotspot in the neighbourhood. Mr. Roof Repair not only cleaned it all out and patched the eavestrough that was beginning to fall from the weight.
They also fixed up the eaves to prevent more clogging and laid out pigeon spiking to prevent the aviary pests from coming back.

Mr. Shane Reid of Mr. Roofer came and fixed the leaky areas of our roof and prior to the work, fully explianed the job and the reasons for the problem. He showed up after hours and did an excellent job in completing the work. Shane did an excellent job, was professional and very helpful. Would use them anytime.
