Mr Roof Repair.Ca

There were a few areas of my 10 year old roof that needed repair. MrRoofRepair gave me a written report with pictures and their quote was reasonable. Their roofers were very professional, courteous and explained everything they did.

We noticed water damage on the bedroom ceiling and called for an assessment. Mr. Roof Repair sent two men who arrived right on time, checked the attic, fixed minor problems on the roof and found the main issue. The next week I got a thorough written report and estimate by email. Once I gave a go-ahead by email, I got a call that they could come very soon. All the work was done and they cleaned up so well no one could have told that workmen had been here. The invoices came by email too, making it very easy to deal with them without interrupting my work. I'm delighted.

So short version of this story.
I had 1/2 a metal roof installed, found them doing it wrong.
I got a hold of Mr Roof Repair.
(I spent 30+ minutes on the phone with Joe, just describing the nightmare of my roof, he had a lot of advise and help.)
I had spent $0 at this point, and didn't even have an appointment.
Called and setup and appoint a week or so later (to have them come and do a report). (Possibly tarp my roof if needed).
2 guys came to look at my roof, and i can't believe they found more problems then what I knew about.
So the roof already leaked, (since it wasn't finished), but even if finished as they were installing it, it would leak anyways.
I now have no fear that even if they sue they won't stand a chance. Mr Roof Repair, never tried to sell me anything. They simply gave me tons of advice, and did an amazingly thorough job in their investigations.
I will always recommend them for inspections. And if you want a room to last, they know how to put it on above and beyond code!

I found the assessment thorough and I appreciated having photos to show the damage and areas in need of repair.. The staff came on time and returned in a timely manner to discuss the report and to close a latch which was inadvertently left open.

After the snow melted, we found several shingles in our yard. Mr. RR came, replaced them, and checked our attic for leaks. $600 felt high, since they were here for just over an hour, and replaced about a dozen shingles, but I'm guessing that is normal for the industry. They then followed-up by a detailed email report on what to do next - with a $1200 estimate.

Julian and the team from Mr. Roof Repair did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted. The service team was professional and courteous. Julian followed up promptly to make sure everything was done correctly.

During a recent thaw after a freak spring snowstorm, our skylight began to leak.

MrRoofRepair.ca was able to dispatch someone to come and assess the problem quickly. Their servicepeople was quick, courteous and took the time to explain the issue and how they were correcting it. Within less than an hour the situation was resolved and I haven't had an issue since.

We has a small leak at one corner of the skyligfht frame which left a small stain. The Skylight employee spent a considerable amount of time to make sure the entire area was covered and free from furure leaks.

They were prompt, accessed the problem as well as the whole roof and provided recommendation. A temporary repair was elected as plans for roof modification in the future were being developed.
