We woke up to a leak coming from our bedroom ceiling. I noticed great reviews for Mr. Roof and gave them a call. They immediately set up a repair time with me - they were even able to schedule my repair time slot for the same say, which I was thankful for as we were expecting rain later in the evening.

After having my roof redone - complete strip all wood, installation of soffits, vents, new gutters, etc. this past August, noticed what looked like condensation forming in inside the home, at the corners of ceiling and along the edges of the perimeter of the house. The attic previously was not very well ventilated, there were very few soffits and limited ventilation, so there was now more air circulation in the attic. Called the contractor who complete the work but they were not very helpful, just advised that the house was "too humid" and "turn the heat down". I've lived in the house the past 4+ years and had the temperature in the home the same. I've never had this occur condensation issue previously. I called Mr. Roof repair as I was concerned. They made an appointment to come and complete an assessment of the roofing system - upon my first phone call I could tell they were knowledgeable about the complete roofing and attic system, not just roofing and shingling. They came on schedule and completed the inspection efficiently, they had one person complete an outside assessment and another complete an inspection of the attic. They provided a report outlining the state of the roof and attic - any deficiencies are noted and a quotation for repairs is also provided. I have to say I felt reassured that my roofing issue would be remedied after speaking with them. When it comes to flat roof, my understanding is... it is just as important to correctly diagnose the problem. This time they again correctly found the spots and fixed the leaks first time.
They do charge for detailed assessment which include plenty of time spent assessing the roof, taking pictures, and provide a very detailed report (this charge by the way, will be credited in the final repair bill). I firmly believe a detailed assessment is very important when it comes to the roof repairs.
