We searched them at homestars and were impressed with their customers reviews. We found them courteous, professional and I am extremely satisfied with their service. We will not hesitate to call them again and also referring to our friends.

Their ability to remove stains which 3 others could not was an amazing experience. The knowledge of different fabrics and what cleaning process to use surely is the key to this success. The passion on doing it right for the customer as well as the respect for a person's home and schedule was also most pleasing.

So it was time to get my carpets cleaned and that ment trying to find a "good" quality contractor (that knows what they are doing) and someone I could be comfortable with in my home with two kids and a dog. I found HomeStars online and began my search. After making numerous phone calls it was evident why 416 SoClean was rated the Best for 2009! And yes I hired them to do the job. Adel(the owner) and his worker Hazel arrived on time, where very polite, presentable and really know how to clean carpets without leaving any mess and or strong smells. In March my stress levels reached maximum capacity as I began preparation for Pesach (the Jewish holiday of Passover). Basically, the house had to be cleaned thoroughly from bread, cookies, cakes and crumbs, etc. eaten throughout the year. With three children, you can imagine the task as my basement and upstairs are all carpeted.

Also, the dining room, kitchen chairs and two upholstered living room chairs were spotted with stains of various descriptions.

Lastly, there were what I can only describe as unknown "scientific experiment" looking stains in the children's rooms. I was desperate!

Then, my "knight" arrived in the form of Adel Madj of 416SoClean. Adel and his associate Hazel arrived promptly on the day of my appointment. They immediately put on those little "booties" to protect my floors from their shoes and got to work.

Now, remember the challenges ... within 4 hours the transformation was amazing. The dining room chairs were white again, and the carpet had that "new" feel. WOW!!

Then, guess what - I got a little bonus!! Adel even worked his on the carpets in my car - gone was the salt and grime - to be replaced by carpets that looked as if I had just bought the car!!

And you know what else - the final bill was a surprise too. Considering the amount of work involved, the total matched the estimate I had originally received.

I have completely given up on this carpet. I thought it was time to replace it even though it was only 4 years old. We have a dog and a cat, several grandchildren and lots of friends and family dropping by. Between the dog's resistance to training, the cat fur and the dirty soles of shoes I really couldn't believe there was any hope for this carpet. Called them up based on the reviews on this site and I am not disappointed! They cleaned my 7 year old carpet and while my expectations were quite low since it did look pretty beat up, they definitely exceeded my expectations. I had some nasty food and paint stains (from a job I did 6 months ago!) throughout and they totally removed it. In fact, my carpet looks like new! I highly recommend them

We were extremely happy with the fantastic work done by Adel and Grettel. We have a cat and they spent close to an hour cleaning the sofa and loveseat that our cat spends a lot of time sitting on. We also had several stains on our carpet that we never thought would come out - they did. We are very satisfied customers and were impressed with the service we received.

I called So Clean after reading the reviews on Homestars and I was not at all disappointed. We had them clean our carpets prior to putting our house up for sale. We had some stains that had never come out with previous carpet cleanings. They were incredibly professional, on time and clean and the job was done so quickly and at our convenience. They removed all the stains and even went so far as to call us the next day to make sure that none of the stains had come back through which they hadn't. We've honestly never received such good service from any contractor ever and I would never use any other carpet cleaning company besides these guys. They're AMAZING!
