* Response to our request for service under a very tight timeline was exceptional considering the circumstances (large purchase, older home, current real estate conditions).
* The opportunity to have the service provider walk through the property to ascertain any glaring issues was comforting even though we elected to proceed with full inspection.
* The service providers association with David Seadon & Assoc carried a lot of weight and gave us confidence that the work to be conducted would be professional handled. The aforementioned is key our view (Associate oneself with quality, ethical, professional, hardworking, business partners as they will mirror the values of their clientele who in turn will be made available to you and your service).
* We are visual learners and as such the supplementary photo's provided were very helpful and allowed us to make timely decisions. Perhaps more photo's can be incorporated into the report. Perhaps the use of a UAV would add another dimension of thoroughness and safety to the work conducted.
* Price point was fair and reasonable.
* Reports were clear and concise within the context of the depth allowable in such an inspection.

This manifests itself in the attention he pays to detail, the time taken to do the inspection, the detailed report with recommendations and the follow up if there are any questions. Mike was very thorough in his inspection, and very clear in his report. His points were all well explained. He made us feel that we clearly understood any potential and current issues with the condo. He was also a friendly guy, which put us at ease to ask questions.
