John Alexander Arnold Wall Coverings

John and his crew were professional, polite and respectful. I have never hired for such work before, so the results were very pleasing. John kept all his appointment times, and when my supplier short shipped the material, his crew gave me a temporary solution that was very helpful.

I was first referred to John last year by a local paint & wallpaper store when I dropped in to discuss a new project that I was contemplating in my 40's bungalow - the installation of anaglypta wallpaper on the ceiling in my kitchen - which I would then paint to look like a copper ceiling. John Arnold arrived on time and was extremely knowledgable about the product - particularly the application challenges involved. He was honest, forthright and provided a reasonable quote for the job. He arrived on time, was nice to my dogs and cleaned up when he left. I found John to be a pleasure and as such just had him back to paper my foyer in Grass Cloth paper - it looks fantastic and John did a fabulous job with a tricky product. Kudos to you John!

I wanted to remove the 1970's wallpaper at my front hallway. I was given John's name from Cookes Paint and Wallpaper on the Danforth. From the first meeting with John I found him to be very punctual! The advise he gave me was very good and I could tell he has been in the business for years. The price he quoted me was fair. On the day of the removal, he kept me posted on the progress. John left my house clean. I found the end result to be better than I expected.
John did not pressure me into putting new wallpaper up in the same area, he gave me the option to decide to leave it and paint it which I appreciate.

Overall I would highly recommend John to remove wallpaper from your home. I am very pleased.
