needed a new roof they came over on tuesday for the estimate and the job was completed wednesday evening. the staff was great and friendly they did ad excellent job. the roof looks great and the service was even better.

i was overwhelmed with the number of roofing companies out there. I wanted to make sure that i hired a proffessional and reliable company that stood behind there work.
I met with frank the manger. He was pleasant to deal with and very proffessional. Even though two of the guys quit before the job was complete frank was on top of it. It took two days longer then promised but with =out asking he took a little off the price for the inconvience.

Choosing a contractor even with a personal recommendation can be a nerve-racking decision. We chose Roof Pro Plus based upon two criteria: the testimonials at HomeStars.com and the fact that Frank Soule responded to our initial enquiry within 15 minutes.

Our initial consultation with Frank lasted almost two hours. Not only did he meticulously examine and measure our roof but made a temporary repair to a leak. We were so impressed that we selected Roof Pro Plus without obtaining further quotes.

Roof Pro Plus re-roofed two porches and a shed, made repairs to the main roof, and replaced the soffit, fascia, eaves-troughs and pipes. The crew were here for four days in total. Each day they arrived early in the morning and worked diligently throughout the day. They were also extremely respectful of the surrounds, thoroughly tidying up at the end of each day. And wow, what a job they did! Many of our neighbours—some who are actually in the construction industry—stopped me in the street to comment on what a fantastic job they'd done.

Now our house looks absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased with Roof Pro Plus. When it comes time to have our main roof done, we just simply wouldn't have anyone else do it. Great job, Frank and team!

We have a large house in Georgina and needed a complete roof replacement and added some new vents as well as we had some mold issues. Roof Pro + crew was very clean and not a spec of garbage was left behind. It was a pleasure dealing with Jan and customer service was great and always felt like my business was appreciated. I had quotes ranging from 8,000 from some track and ladder guys to 24,000 from a company in Toronto so it was great to find a reasonable price to have my roof done that was from true professionals - I have learnt many times, the cheapest price might save today but leaks and missing shingles in 6 months is the last thing I want to deal with!!!!

Excellent Quality. Completed the Roof in one day. Normally takes 1 1/2 days to complete a roof of our size. Nice gentlemen, clean language. Safety is number 1 for their employees which is really important. They carry their own insurance so if anything happened we would not be liable. Its was a great experience.

My initial contact with the company very good. They were timely with their response and answered my questions. The salesman Dave was was very proffessional and help me address my concerns, and provide some very good suggestions. The crew on the other hand seemed much more concerned with how fast they could complete the project, and much less concerned with how well it was completed. There was an an apparent attitude problem with completing some of the work that I had requested. A general reluctance to communicate with a lowly customer. I had asked for ice and water shield to be used in the valleys to avoid potential ice damming problems down the road, which was not installed. The upgraded underlay instead of felt that I had asked for was installed but stopped short of the peak by about 3 rows of shingles. So instead of a complete building envelope I am left with an "open enevelope". Well, in short my overall project vision was addressed by Dave (Thank you), but fell short when it came to completing the actual work. I would NOT reccomend this company. My advice to the crew is something I learned in high school 20 something years ago, "It's attitude, not apptitude". P.S. your welcome for the ice cold water and pop, and the music all day.

We engaged RoofPro to replace our roof, soffit, facia and eavestrough on our heritage farm house. The job involved removing old gingerbread, roofing on difficult peaks and flat roof while trying to maintain the heritage look. The colour suggestions that Frank gave enhanced the overall heritage look of our house.

All of the various trades people were professional, polite and showed obvious pride, expertise and experience in their respective areas. They completed the complex project in 2 days, and I would highly recommend the RoofPro team for this type of work.
