This is the second roof on our house that is being installed by this company. The first roof had some issues with the material but, the company honored their warranty and effected the necessary repairs in a timely manner. The cost of the roof 15 years ago was $3400.00 compared with the $7800.00 today. Only time will tell what service the new roof will provide. This roof has a fifteen year warranty, and I am quite confident that Professional roofers will still be in operation should any warranty work become necessary. Thanks for a very professional installation.

Adam and I negotiated a great deal and he had his team working on the house within a few weeks. They were professional and had the job done in two days. They swept my property for nails and debris to ensure they left nothing behind.

A year later, we noticed a small opening in the garage roof / house wall area. I contacted PR and Adam, they came to check it out and told me it would be fixed. I’ve heard nothing since and it has not yet been repaired.

The Initial work was excellent, but I’d be less likely to recommend them to others based on their follow up.

From the beginning working with their representative Jorge who was reliable and helpful to Mathias who was in charge of the workers, my go to person who was always available and helpful through to Andy who with a partner completed the work, they could not have been any better, their work was excellent and they all truly stand up to the company's name "Professional" to the enth degree. Sebastian came to give us a quote-he took his time explaining everything that would be done, vents, comparing the various shingles, etc. Due to Covid 19 only 2 roofers were allowed to work at a time. We were very pleased with the job and the roofers cleaned up beautifully. Matias came to inspect the roof on completion.

It was a very fair price he explained everything that would be done and he stuck to his word there were no hidden surprises he was very honest. His crew showed up on time did a terrific job very efficient hard workers. They did everything they said they cleaned the job site each day. They accidentally damaged my gazebo but were honest and informed me immediately they sourced the repair parts and repaired it immediately without any cost to me. They accepted no payment untill the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

They removed 5 layers of singles in one day! Once the roof was installed they had their quality control tech spend an hour on the roof going over things. They even re-caulked one dormer for good measure. I had an issue with my chimney that they even addressed for free. Diego, my sales rep was excellent to deal with and easy to get a hold of. Their cleanup was fantastic. Our eavestroughs also look amazing! Great price and trustworthy. I would recommend to all my clients.

We are very dissatisfied and unhappy with the work done by Professional Roofers. We use the roof as our deck. The way your work was done means that we have to sit now on our deck full of puddles.

Your salesman Alfredo showed us pictures of a perfectly flat and smooth roof finished with Spray Polyurethane Foam and assured us that this is the best for our needs. The roof was finished on 29th November at 7:00PM and it was too dark to see how smooth it was. Next day was raining and I found out that there are two large puddles, about 2 feet in diameter, and many small ones.

I sent a photo of one of puddles to Alfredo. He told me over the phone that water standing on the deck “is normal”.

I sent a photo to your Quality Control person, Fernando Galeano. He sent me a message: “I was on your roof and I couldn’t see any problem with it”

Yet, I don’t consider it normal and consider it problematic that our deck is full of puddles after rain. Not only are they getting full of dust and look dirty, but in summer will provide a perfect place for mosquitos, a situation that may endanger our health.

I hope that there is some liquid Polyurethane that you may fill the puddles so the rain water can flow down the slope, and that you will rectify the situation when the weather permits. The present state of the finished deck we find unacceptable, particularly at the price of over nine thousand dollars.
