Titans Roof Works was a good company to work with. Shawn did an estimate for us in the Spring of 2012, however, we did not proceed with the job until 2012. He had kept the quote on file for the entire time, and adjusted it slightly to reflect his increase in costs over the year.
Shawn spent time with us to explain the type of shingle he preferred to use and was very helpful in determining the best colour choice to go with.
Shawn is very professional and very easy to work with. Not once did he pressure us into making decisions or pushing any products. We felt comfortable with his level of expertise.
There were a few gliches in the process due to the telephone number being used for contact information. I would recommend giving the company at least 2 telephone connections to ensure that important information is communicated in a timely manner.
The roofing team encountered a rain delay, plus an illness with the foreman. Shawn does not allow his team to proceed with proper supervision. The completion of the job was delayed once more due to a shortage of the flashing material, a very minor amount of work. I never once worried about them returning to complete the job, however a courtesy call to explain would have been nice. However, since Shawn does not require any payment until the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction and I was 100% sure that they would finish the job.
Overall a job well done.

Hello Elizabeth, I appreciate the time taken to write your experience with us. I do agree also with giving a service company an alternative phone number to reach their clients. We will always ask for this very reason life has its imperfections. Tis true that that I will not allow any of our crews without a foreman to oversee Titans work. The crews are paid very generously for their great work and will not get rich overnight by going to work with an illness. As for mother nature, I have never encountered so much heat and rain that scheduling is next to impossible.
To touch on the flashing being unfinished, yes I am sorry but material was short and need to return and in the end you are happy so we are too.
