Pia,
It is bothersome that you have taken this route. As mentioned before all we are looking for is for you to live up to your part of the agreement.
On Wednesday Oct 29, your husband and I reached an agreement. Saturday Nov 1st you held our installer ransom while he was completing the work and requesting final payment. Kris should have reviewed with you our agreement, which we agreed upon because we did extra work which wasn’t on the workorder.
Please understand we that we are not a company that cushions our costs. We never have been and hopefully never will be. All we are looking for is for you to fulfil your end of the contract.
