From start to finish, the folks from Amazon were supportive, friendly, professional and efficient. The jobs were done on time and on budget. We had a few revisions to our plans (our choice) and these were incorporated into the work with little fuss and minimal cost when necessary.
I am happy to recommend Amazon Renovations as an honest, hard working and effective group.

I was very careful to look up this company on the BBB and call many previous customers. Everything checked out so I went ahead and hired the very personable Reuben and Amazon Home Improvements to completely gut and re-do my main bathroom. They put up with a five-level townhouse walk-up and my crazy Ambulance work schedule coming in exactly on budget and time. Not only did they offer suggestions to my bathroom "vision" but were more than willing to go the extra mile to realize mine. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship as well as the very friendly and clean tradesman who came to my home. Overall, I was indeed "amazed" with the work and am planning to hire Amazon Home Improvements for my next renovation.

This is my second time hiring Amazon to renovate my home. There are some problems with the renovation as with all renovations but Amazon ALWAYS comes back to fix everything. This is the reliaibility that you can trust because I have had bad experiences with contractors that don't come back to fix problems but Reuben always comes back until the work is satisfactorily finished. Very trustworthy and quality work.

Our first job that was done was the aluminum railing on veranda & they got right back to us & was here to give us a estimate & job was done at the specified time they had told us.
Bathroom renovation was excellent, everything Reuban had told us was done correctly & his workers did a excellent job on all the work & was finished right on the specified time. We highly recommend his work & I have already recommended him to one of my friends.

You want to call this guy, super nice and talented, he made everything for us, top to bottom- he has allot of ideas and experience, finished the project on time, very clean and organized, we will always recommend his company, his staff, his personality- VERY HONEST and RELIABLE, (excellent prices too!!)

I walked in the stores and i was very pleased with the variety of pictures that the store had. They were able to assist me and help me find all the aplliances i was looking for and the staffr was very helpful towards me.

From the start to the completion of the project Ruben and all his workmen were pleasant, responsive and efficient. All work was completed in the time frame agreed upon and was well done. The work site was left spotless and one year after the project was completed I can still say that we are thoroughly satisfied with the work performed.
