Frank and his crew were punctual, polite and professional. I required a major demolition of my kitchen as per my request . I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with The Demo Boys, they left my kitchen clean and debri free completely ready for renovation. I highly recommend The Demo Boys , and will definitely be using their services again.

Frank and his crew did an excellent job of demolishing our garage. They took down an old double garage, with plaster and lath walls, in a day and did a thorough cleanup. They arrived right on time, worked carefully and were very professional. I would recommend them highly.

The Demo Boys did not finish our job. They asked for more then twice the original quote after a week on the job and said they would not continue work without more money. I was told the original quote was for a four person crew plus disposal costs, but there was usually only one or two workers on site after the first day. We had a different company come in and finish the job for less then half of what they were asking. Was never shown proof of WSIB or insurance even though I asked for this multiple times. I would not recommend this company or use them again.

Frank and his team came in and demo'd the basement I am working on. They were on time, courteous and professional and they left the work area clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible. I can't understand these reviews. They caused nothing but damage. they didn't bother to put up any plastic sheeting to contain dust, the entire house was coated. they sledge hammed my floors causing my basement ceiling to far down and bring the spot lights with it. they caused an additional $700 damage to my hardwood floor outside the work area, the list does on. At the end they demanded more money then we agreed on. Now the concern is structural damage from sledge hammering...

Frank and his guys came in, tore down a pretty awful garage, and left the site cleaner than they found it, for the price we agreed to, in a reasonable time frame. I was very happy.

Frank was also easy to keep in contact with and accommodating of the fact that I spend most of my workday in meetings, which was very highly appreciated.

Reliable and honest, I'd hire them again.

We hired demo boys to handle most of the demolition work for a full home renovation, including removal of lath and plaster walls, hardwood flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, plumbing, ductwork, some internal framing and various fixtures. They were extremely professional and easy to work with - arriving when they said they would, doing everything they agreed to do, on schedule and got our renovation project off to a great start. I would have no problem using Frank and his team again should we have a need for a demolition crew again.

This was the second time we used The Demolition Boys after using them about 2 years ago for a different area in our home. Again, we had a great experience. Frank and his team were punctual, hard-working and extremely pleasant to deal with.
When we saw how much work it was to remove a large kitchen, I extremely glad we didn't try to do it ourselves!
I recommend the Demo Boys without reservation.

Because of a last minute change in direction, I needed the plaster and lath removed from the dining room walls and the wall adjoining the living room removed. It was Friday evening early July when I called Frank. He and Colin? showed up first thing Saturday morning and the work was completed by noon. They were professional, careful to minimize dust and helped me out on extremely short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
