The technician, Akin, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took extra time to answer my questions intelligently and with a smile. My fireplace and BBQ look great. I had used BBQ pro a year ago to clean the BBQ, only and was also very happy with that visit. I will continue to employ their services.

Easy to book an appointment. Thorough cleaning and testing by the technician. Worth every penny. Our Napoleon BBQ looks like new.

I've had my Weber Genesis for almost 7 years and had never had it cleaned or serviced but noticed that it took a little longer to light than usual. Sent an email to Barbeque Pro and they responded within a few hours and we set up a date.

The technician was already halfway done by the time I got home. He had taken apart the grill and cleaned/was cleaning every nook and cranny. The entire process took just under 2 hours and he made sure to clean up the work area (my back yard) before leaving. My grill now looks like it did when I first got it and works better than ever. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Barbeque Pro.

These guys were amazing, they took apart the entire BBQ, cleaned grill with a grinding device, special de greasers and made my Bbq look better than the day I bought it!!

Our BBQ was In need of a cleaning. We have used the BBQ for two years and this was the first time it had been cleaned.

I have used BBQ Pro for the past 8 years with 3 different Weber BB's. They respond, to email or phone promptly, find a time that is convenient for me, arrive on time and bring all their equipment and supplies and get to work.
Their associates do an excellent job and leave my BBQ looking like new having removed a seasons collection of grime.
I can recommend them enthusiastically and honestly, and look forward to many more years of their help.

They are so honest, they recommended that my cheaper BBQ be replaced rather than serviced. No every company is this ethical anymore. This saved me money at their expense. Definitely trustworthy.

Their Technician (Logan) was very thoughtful, efficient and accommodating. The results were great! I will certainly use Barbecue Pro again!

Everything was very professional. Logan arrived at the stated time. There was no need for me to be there. The bbq was cleaned and tested. Works fine again. Ready for winter grilling.
