Service technican ( Pedro) was excellent.
Prealerted us that he was on his way. Arrived on time, did an unbelievable cleaning of our BBQ, he cleaned up the area once he was done.
He was very meticulous about his cleaning and made sure I was happy.
He took all the precautions being safe while he was here.
I will definitely call Barbeque Pros again and will specifically ask for Pedro.

My 14 year old Napoleon BBQ had never been cleaned other than scraping it a couple of times a year with a putty knife. The BBQ still functions well but the grease and grime had accumulated over all of those years. Pedro was assigned to attend at my house and clean my BBQ. His efforts took over two hours and he was dedicated to doing a super thorough job. The outcome is FANTASTIC. It almost looks new. Great value for the fee.

The gentleman was very nice, explained everything to me and I was very satisfied. Cleaned up after him and left the fireplace in an excellent condition. Thank you very much.
