Purchased a high-efficiency furnace from company and arranged for installation. Pre-installation representative came to take measurements and to arrange for gas permit with the city. Sub-contracted company came with two people. Both are very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Installed furnace and piping, venting in a day. Also provided information and assistance to us in choosing a thermostat that would operate with the furnace. Came back a few days later to change a small tubing to allow moisture to vent out into drain hole.

Furnace has been great, no problems, comes with an excellent warranty.

We had two big box store quotations to replace our front entry doors when introduced to House Smart Home Improvements (HSHI). They were also responsive and clear throughout our pre-order communications.

HSHI committed to, and delivered on, all aspects of the project including the installation. Their crew, equally professional and courteous, removed the original dbl. doors, installed the new door and cleaned up the site within 3 hrs.

For us, the most important consideration in dealing with HSHI was their credibility - they did what they said they would do, on time and on budget. The fact that we also saved $2,000 over the big box store quotes was merely icing on the cake.

The door by the way looks even better than we imagined!

House Smart put in new windows doors and new bathroom fan/humidifier , the products are very energy efficient. The customer service was excellent, they brought a large crew and left no mess behind. House smart gave us the quote, and that was the final price of the project. They followed through with rebates on the windows as well.
We have never had a problem since the install and it has been 3 years since the install.
