Miracle Movers has never turned away from the customer`s needs and whenever there`s a situation, that requires a deeper look into - we can assure that the proper procedures will follow. All of the customers are notified about the company`s claim policy and though our crews are professionals and working with a very careful attitude to customer`s belongings, very fragile or unstable stare of the items is required to be notified prior the moving start in order to provide more attention and special treatment to such items. Our movers are notifying the customer immediately about any issue that may cause a certain consequences while handling prior to packing and placing items into the truck. We appreciate the honest and timely provided notes on every inventory we are moving. However, though all precautions listed above we are disclosing to every customer, such issues as damages may happen. And we are always taking the responsibility for the issues caused by our fault and providing customers with fair compensations based of the company`s claims policy. However we do meet the situations where the customers, notified and informed prior the move on existing damage, are getting back with us, stating that we caused the damage, though we have and providing with the evidences of existing pre-damage. This is an upsetting and dishonest attitude towards us, but we are happy that the quantity of such cases are low, since we do provide an excellent service and crews of professionals and the majority of our customers are happy with us.
No office, nor the moving crews do not allow themselves to be anyhow rude or aggressive with the customers, since we are keeping our politeness, as a key point of our customer`s service, at the high level, no matter how stressful, irritant, anxious are the move conditions we are put into. We are implementing all possible efforts in order so the move will go fast, easy, careful, smooth and stress-free, and there`s no reason for us to cause any complications not to us , nor to the customers during the move.
Your statement regarding review is insultingly unreasonable. There`s no way we can write a review from the customer`s name. The only thing we can do - is to ask to share their experience with us themselves. Our company sees no need to write anything on the customer`s behalf, since we have a plenty of the excellent reviews about customers highest satisfaction with our services, that they are placing voluntary on their own.
