I hired V&F to do some landscaping in my backyard in late Aug. They rreplaced my old patio slabs with new ones and levelled off the patio; replaced my backyard lawn and re-did my garden area. They did and excellent job and were top notch in their workmanship. Very hard working and professional from start to finish. I will be calling them back for another small project in the Spring and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed to take away old pavers, regrade, lay down new pavers and resod a lawn. Workers worked quickly and efficiently. Large project complete on time in a week as promised. Very happy with workmanship. Professional customer service.

VF Landscaping just completed the absolute transformation of my neighbours front yard in just over 2 days. On their 3rd day, I approached them to re-sod an awkward area in our yard where the grass was patchy. Not only did they do it with speed and ease, it now looks beautiful. We had a great experience with VF Landscape. We were looking to have some relatively small landscape work done in our backyard. Frank responded to my phone call right away and was able to come out for a quote that night. Their customer service is top notch. Their quote was reasonable and they arrived on time for the job and did fantastic work. We are thrilled with the job they did on our backyard and would highly recommend them.

1) Excellent customer service: Frank and Vince are "old-school" in terms of service. I mean that in the best way possible. They are courteous, respectful, responsive and provided great communication with us before, during and after the process. They answered all our questions and keep us informed. And they were very tidy, cleaning up after each day on the job. I haven't encountered too many trades today that do that.

2) Excellent work - Frank and Vince know what they are doing, are thoughtful and don't rush their work, and completed our project as per our requested timeline. A challenging situation arose during the course of the work, they consulted with us on possible options, and took the time to determine the best solution.

3) Exceeded our expectations. In fact, we're hired them again for another project this Spring. Would be happy to discuss our experience.

Vince, Angelo and Frank are professional. They layed perfect gravel with correct grading for our new home.They made us wait for more than 6 weeks to ensure good settling of gravel. The Stone and asphalt paving was perfectly done as evident from water drainage going in the correct direction,
All three were pleasant to talk to and give free advice and knew their equioment and job very well.They have small to big equipment for evet kind of job.
I hughly reccomend V&F Landscaping company for interlock or Asphalt driveways.

We found VF on Homestars and were happy with the service they provided. They started the job earlier than expected and finished in a timely manner. Clean, fast and efficient. I had other quotes. One person immediately complained about being able to get his truck down the alley and his quote was too high. We live in downtown Toronto (Cabbagetown South). Frank had a "no problem" attitude about this situation and has in fact done a couple more jobs on our street since. So, they worked around this. I continue to recommend them to my neighbours.

V&F Landscaping transformed our back yard this spring. I found them to be professional and caring, and reasonably priced. You're in good hands with these guys. Vince is a man of his word, and that goes a long way these days. I've already referred two friends to them, and will have them back to do some additional work.

2 while installing I told them the brick under my sliding gate was too high and would rise with the frost line. Vince promised to come back and fix it if it did; I was unable to open my gate the first winter as I had predicted. I had to call 15 times at least and send emails he did not return for a year and a half. Even then he was reluctant to do anything to fix a problem he created. The problem seems to be fixed now but I had to do some serious arm twisting to get it done. I would say they were reluctant to stand behind the warranty and guarantee they promised me.

I have nothing but the best to say about Frank and Vince. There were two separate phases I used V&F Landscape for. The first was to do final grading of a new property. Grading the rear was an issue as it turned out the machines would not fit between the houses to get to the back yard. Vince persisted and sourced a smaller machine and even though it took significantly longer with the smaller machine, got the grading done.
They also came back several weeks later to do the interlocking stone for the driveway and walkways. They were very professional and went over an beyond in making sure that it not just looked great but had proper sloping and connections for water drainage.. My neighbours tell me how great the interlock looks. Thanks Frank and Vince and crew.
