During the "free" camera inspection of my drains, Slava showed me I had roots breaking through the old tile. His team arrived the next day and worked side by side with Ikor's waterproofing team. No waiting. No disruptions. Just down to business. The guys are polite, friendly and very professional. And they take care of the details...like calling in the city inspector to insure I get the $2000 rebate for root damage.
