Custom Aluminum recently completed the aluminum & siding work on my home. We were very pleased with the organization and work by both the sales rep and installers.

The sales rep gave us tons of siding & colour options to choose from and was extremely nice and patient with us.

The installers were also amazing to deal with. You can tell by the work they do that they were very experienced and had a lot of knowledge in this business. They took there time to ensure everything looked perfect by the completion of the job.

Excellent service & amazing craftsmanship! We did a ton of research on what product to use to replace our 30+ yr old vinyl siding. Had several quotes but most companies didnt offer Celect. Dave provided excellent information & we chose Royal Celect Siding very happy with quality of product & seamless look installation . We also changed gutters, soffits & added ggutter guards - big transformation! Kevin & Steve are artists - taking so much pride in their incredible workmanship very collaborative, great guys too. Custom Aluminum recently replaced the entire gutter system of our house - eavestroughs, soffits, fascia, down spouts, et al - and they did an outstanding job. From the very start their sales rep, Dave, suggested, among other valuable tips and info, the best aluminum colour to match those of our house, which turned out to be just perfect.

The installation process by Ibrahim and his assistants Istref and Arjiet was impeccable. Not only were they knowledgeable and experienced, but their work ethics, their overall attitude and their excellent disposition for service were impressive and admirable, second to none indeed.
To top it off, Cynthia at the office, responsible for planning and scheduling, was most helpful, efficient and gracious, clearly understanding my needs when I requested to delay the install. Thank you so much!!

When the finish on our aluminum siding started losing its coating and showing metallic colours from underneath we decided to have it replaced. The house was built in 1969 and having seen others in the neighbourhood remove theirs, we learned that absolutely no insulation had been placed between the siding and the dry wall when these houses were built. So, better to have it replaced and insulation added at the same time.

Looked through the companies listed here on Home Stars, read the reviews, and chose Custom Aluminum Windows and Siding and are very glad we did.

First came Vlaz, the Director of Sales. He sat with us, answered all of our questions, explained everything that we needed to know and was extremely helpful in every way, not leaving until we were completely satisfied with all the information provided. (And yes, because of Covid, we wore masks and kept the required distances.)

The following week, David and Mojo arrived to start the work. These two men are very pleasant in every way, very hard-working, very diligent, and very skilled. They too answered all our questions and took the time to explain the work they were doing as it went along. Within 4 days, the old siding was removed, solid insulation was installed and then over it, the new vinyl siding. The treatment around the windows was so well done and is so attractive that it makes our windows look new. We like it all very much! At the end of each and every day, David and Mojo cleaned up everything perfectly. Not the tiniest thing was ever left anywhere on our patio, sidewalks, or lawn.

Our house looks very good with its new siding, very updated and attractive. Many passers by have commented on how good it looks and how much they like it, too. We are very happy, satisfied customers who highly recommend this company - Custom Aluminum Windows and Siding.

I had shingles on the mansard wall in front of my house and wanted to replace it with siding. I contacted many companies but Custom Aluminum was the most professional and reliable. Everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with.

I called the company and the next day, Bruce the salesperson showed up. He was very prompt, reliable and professional. He took some measurements, went to his car and 10 minutes later gave me a quote. Very straight forward and honest. It was by far the most competitive and detailed quote I received. Bruce also provided samples the same day I met him and I had my order placed within a couple days.

Because of covid, it took longer than usual to order product but within 6 weeks, the installers showed up to install the siding. The installers were Kevin and Steve, brothers. Both of these gentlemen showed up early, communicated the work they would be doing and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. They were very professional and personable! They removed the old shingles, applied the vapour barrier, installed the siding and cleaned up the work site before they left. They work hard and they work efficiently.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to install siding. It's a breath of fresh air to find contractors who are professional, reliable and do business the right way.

They installed windows first. Were very professional cleaned up inside & out. Siding is gorgeous installers were friendly, asked how we wanted things done explained what they were doing & why. Incredible job. Total transformation. Every night they cleaned up like they were finished. Neighbours were very impressed as were we. Would hire them again in an instant

Bruce was professional, courteous and had a good sense of humour. The installers Abraham and his team did an excellent job. All concerns was addressed, I highly recommend this company.
