Sunrise Cleaning

I have been using Sunrise for several years now for regular cleaning as well as for staging a house to sell and then to move. They have rarely disappointed. They are a little more expensive than smaller companies, but the price is well worth it. I have had roughly 20 different cleaners with the company, and I would say that 19 of them all performed at an exceptional level (and the 20th only slightly below exception). The consistency of the cleaners' performance shows that they are very well trained and dedicated to the company. All my communication with the admin staff over email and phone has been fast, reliable, professional, and very pleasant. I am also pleased to be able to pay online or in person, either by cash or credit card.

I found myself in a situation where I needed bi-weekly cleaning. Tried a couple of companies as was so disappointed with reliability, and just the hassle of maintaining a regular schedule. I decided to try one more and that was Sunrise. I only wish I had gone to them from the beginning. Getting information/quotes and all pertinent information was a breeze. Their communications always made me feel like they understood my needs and gave me the confidence that they could deliver. And that is what they did and more! My two ladies are AMAZING. They clean my house as if it was their own. I feel totally comfortable with them in my home and when they are done I am wowed and so grateful. You can see it is more than a job for them but rather a source of pride. I would recommend this company without any reserve. In fact I have booked them for a "spring clean" the week before Christmas. How wonderful that is going to be.

We are a Mississauga family who used this cleaning company yesterday for the first time and are VERY UNimpressed with the professionalism and cleaning we received. :(
We paid $250 for 6 hours of cleaning. It was very much just surface cleaning. My daughter does a better job at deep cleaning the washrooms than what we received from Sunrise Cleaning services.
When I arrived home, the washrooms were surface cleaned but there was still buildup on the toilet. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've had cleaners before and this was a first. I've taken a photos & if i could post them here I would. There was HAIR & DARK buildup left behind the toilet seat of a washroom that was 'cleaned'. I then called Sunrise and spoke with Kasia. She listened but was quick to say things weren't done as well as they could have been because we needed them to use eco friendly cleaning products. SO don't ever ask for eco friendly cleaning because you they will use it as an excuse for a poor cleaning job. OH and the cherry!! When they first arrived they had asked for the cash right away... I was confused as I am in the service industry and run a business myself and know payment upon completion is how it works. ESPECIALLY when it is the first time with the company. The reason they wanted the cash upfront was because my " credit card didn't go through" so I proceeded to give them another which again "didn't go through." This had to be something on their end because I know for a fact the second card defiantly works. so maybe something on their end wasn't working. I showed her i had the cash ready but was willing to pay once the service was completed. 20 minutes later the cleaner handed my daughter her cell phone with someone from their office on the line asking to give the cleaner the money now as the second card didn't go through either. My daughter gave her the $$$. I figured calling post cleaning and letting them know about the poor job they would send someone out to come take a look or have one of their cleaners come back in within maybe a week (this fair) to clean up the few things they completely missed. There was one washroom that was done well, EVERYTHING else was satisfactory.

Excellent service!!!. We could able to get the appointment with short notice and that too on weekend. They sent very good staff for cleaning and both ladies were very hard working.
We will for sure recommend Sunrise Cleaning service to our friends and for future use.

Moving back into my home after renters. The professionalism and clear dedication of this team shines through. The team is thorough and have a great attention to detail. I cannot wait to hire them again. These are the types of companies that deserve 10 stars

I have used this service twice. Both cleans were decent although even with asking for Eco friendly products (which iwas told you could do) none at all were brought. I found it very difficult to communicate with the women as their English was poor and they did not understand what I was saying which made it hard to provide instruction. I was very disappointed that eco friendly products were not honoured and had a difficult time trying to discuss options with the office. I left 3 messages over the course of a week and never got a return phone call. I felt my business was not valued. The women work hard and the house is cleaned well but if you have any need to provide special instruction it could be an issue and I wouldn't count on getting any non toxic products.

I was hesitant to use a cleaning service, but Sunrise was very quick to respond to my quote, they booked me an appointment in a very timely fashion, and the ladies who cleaned my place were friendly, professional, respectful, quick and thorough. My apartment has never been so clean. And when I accidentally paid twice, Tina was very quick to follow up and refund me. I will most definitely consider Sunrise in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know. The whole process was worry-free and saved me so much time and energy.

Sunrise is excellent --- I have used other services before and none compares. All the teams we have had are great. I have recommended them to all my friends. I look forward each Thursday to a clean, fresh home.

I hired this service to clean my house. My advice would be to make sure you understand what service you are purchasing. I told them the size of the house (including number of rooms etc.) and indicated I needed a full cleaning. I was told that they would be able to clean the full house in 6 hours (worst case scenario). What i was not told is the 6 hours was divided between 2 people. I felt this was misleading information (even in the invoice this information is not clear). In the end, all we ended up having is a surface clean of the first level of the house. The upper level was done at a very minimal level. The comment about satisfaction guaranteed is not true in my case. When I raised this with Tina, she offered to sell me more services. This option was not to my satisfaction. I will not be repeating service.

I do not recommend this service.
