We got our kitchen hardwood replaced and a couple of bedrooms and the hallways. We received top quality work and service. I would defiantly recommend timbertown to anyone needed hardwood floors.

There was such a variety of flooring available, the sales representative helped us narrow down to two possible choices for our home, and even helped us take samples out to look at in natural light. Very efficiently completed the purchase, helped us load the hardwood into our vehicle and had us on our way in no time. Very patient, respectful and definitely helpful.

I shopped around for the best price at places like Home Dpot and Rona etc, but Timbertown not only had the best prices they stayed a little late on a saturday after i picked out the wood i needed for my project and then had 2 workers help me load it on to the flat deck that i had brought, i also bought hardwood from Timbertown for a reno on my house and the quality and price was the best.

Purchased our hardwood for the upstairs of our house. Loved the display of hardwoods and floorings in their store. It really helped us choose the right one for our house. We had a different company install the hardwood but Timber Town delivered the hardwood to our house. The delivery went off without a hitch!

We purchased our hardwood through Timber Town in the NW and I was impressed by the level of service before and after our decision. The salesman was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and above all we felt we got good value for our dollar.

They had very poor service. We have dogs and they recomended softwood wich is not pet durable and is being destroyed. They didnt fully explain their policies to us so we missed being able to return our unused product by only a few days. They wouldnt budge on their policy and now we are left with a bunch of product we can't use ourselves and its not enough to use for another project. we are very unsatisfied and wont be using them again.

After 18 years of living with carpets we decided to explore hardwood flooring.
We looked at numerous retailers and wholesalers to try to pick out flooring.
The staff at timbertown were very knowledgeable and provided us with the opportunity to take home numerous samples to test out what would go with our colour scheme. They provided us with the pros and cons of the various types of hardwood with respect to hardness and coatings for durability.
Timbertown offered us names for installers as well and went with jD from the Bowness stores recommendation.
We had a very positive experience.

While shopping for hardwood for the new floors in our home we came accross Timber Town in Bowness. They were very helpful by providing us with samples to take home and information about the wood. They were also helpful in helping us know how much wood would be needed and they also gave us instructions on installing it ourselves. Very knowledgable and service oriented.
