Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning

The service provided was excellent. We called at 7am in the morning and Furnasman was out to repair the furnace within 5 hours. Thanks to Justin for the first-class job in replacing the flame senor.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the expertise and the care taken by the installers of our new furnace. They did not rush but the job was done in a timely manner, and our basement was left in the same condition as when they arrived. Overall, an excellent job.!!! We spoke with Shane J. Very knowledgable. Purchased furnace, A/C, HWT & electric sub panel on Feb 4 and installed on Feb 5. Excellent service. Technician's were very polite and efficent, cleaned up wonderfully after themselves. They explained how the carbon filter worked and showed us how to change it. They eplained the thermostat and helped us set it to what we wanted. The heating difference in our home is so awesome and even. If the A/C works this good we will be extremely happy. Electrician came later in the day to install sub panel. Could have measured a little better as our cupboard door doesn't open all the way. Another 1/2 inch higher would have fixed this problem. Over all we are very pleased with the service we received.

We were very impressed with the service we received, first Justin.K who arrived at 12:30 am, Very professional and pleasant young man. He found we had a Cracked Heat exchanger, and
made arrangements for us to meet with the Estimator and to have 3 heaters delivered first thing in the a.m.
The Estimator, Shane, arrived as scheduled, and spent almost two hours with us explaining everything in detail. again very
professional, and very pleasant.
Arrangements were made to have the new furnace installed on Sat. and Yan and Shawn C. arrived at 9:30, and were finished the installation by 1:10.p.m.. they also were very competent,
covered the stairs with a red carpet and the basement floor with tarps etc.
We had a small misfunction with the new furnace on Mon eve. and back came Justin K, his usual pleasant demeanor, we were happy to see him. He found the problem, and came back the next day, in the a.m. to glue a pipe that had a small leak.
Very efficient, He helped me go over the running of the digital thermostat, twice, He is a real asset to your company.

Technician found a faulty flame sensor. Part was in his van stock, so it was installed and we had heat all within 30 minutes. Now we're warm. Thank you Justin

The repair guy showed up on time. He was very helpful on my questions that I asked. I asked him to lower the fan settings and he did with no hesitation. I bought he furnace back when the company was 1 hour heating. The furnace was a bit pricey, so not sure how furnace man is. But that's my only complaint. They did do a perfect clean install.
