Sean fixed the broken window glass for us. He gave us the quote and was extremely detailed in explaining the installation process, the types of windows available, color options, and what to expect (in terms of work involved, timeline, end product expectations, considerations when selecting windows, and work required on the homeowners end). Overall the fixes which he made were near and tidy.

We hired Sean as he was the only one our cat liked lol but seriously, sean provides great service and even when hiccups occurred he tried to keep us as informed and happy as customers within his control. We had all our windows completed including a new bay window. Sean was able to also put a window in our top floor hallway to let more natural light into the house. The two installers used to install windows are very efficient and hard working. What a great team. Although not the cheapest quote we received, the efficiency and easy flow of communication from all parties made me happy with the service provided. Note to prospect buyers: get brick to brick windows, paying the extra money sure makes the job that much more crisp looking from the exterior! Koper was recommended by a neighbour. In the spring of 2016, the sales rep....also a member of this "family owned" business...came right out, helped me plan my new door and sidelights and the job was completed. The installers are excellent, and I was pleased with the end result on the day of installation.
I noticed that there was a gouge on the top, inside of the door. This was 10 inches long and deep. I also noticed that there were small areas on the exterior had not been covered with my "custom colour". Bottom line...it is June and after a promise of repair and numerous unanswered messages, the repairs have not been done!
