Jewitt Masonry

We`ve used Larry Jewitt before and always been pleased with his work. But this job was a bit bigger and more complicated than previous ones, and he and his crew did a fabulous job. He had to contend with some tricky uneven levels in our driveway, and a very difficult neighbour (it`s a shared drive), but he did a first-rate job, with his usual humour and calm. Would recommend him anytime.

Larry and Leonard were excellent to deal with. Very friendly and professional. They came by to do two site visits and informed me on how to prep the site to save costs. They were prompt at following up when weather forced them to reschedule the job. The site was cleaned perfectly when I got home from work and the walkway looks great. I would definitely use them again.

Larry was excellent to deal with. We wanted to divert water away from our foundation and he came up with several options for us to consider. He is reliable (on time and on budget) and his work looks great. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Larry arrived right on time and produced a quote that was the final price paid with no surprises. I gave him a bit of a challenge with the design of the stairs but he rose to occasion. His team of young men arrived right on schedule and were very professional in the execution of the work. They were also very caring and considerate of the driveway and garden surrounding the area being worked on. I'm very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Larry Jewitt arrived on time to look at the job to give quote. He was very informative and within a half hour produced a quote. His price was very resonable and included a few extas at his suggestion that other contractors did not include in there quotes. His team arrived exactly when he said they would. They did an exellent job!!! Very clean, finished on time and it looks amazing!! The final price was the original quote ( no surprise hidden costs) I have had my share of horrible contractor experiences, however Jewitt masonary has put a little faith back that there are honest contractors out there who put pride in there work!!

I've been through renovations of all sorts for years now and have had more than a few run-ins with terrible trades-people; these guys were just the opposite. Very reasonable quote, instant high quality results, great service and an easy payment schedule. Easy to recommend.

Well Larry Jewitt called me back right away and made a point to come visit right away, He is not like most he's very well mannered and new what he was talking about. You can tell that he was there to make things easy and explained everything his team and himself would be doing. The price of all the work was reasonable and the quality of work was fantastic. I was very impressed with how his team all worked together and the clean up after they were done was stunning I would hire them back and I am sure I will sometime soon thanks Jewitt Masonry for all the hard work looks wonderful.

I hired Larry to do some work on my house. He arrived on time and finished on schedule. Rare with contractors these days. He did a great job at a reasonable price. I will hire Larry to do more work for me in the future.

I heard about Jewitt Masonry via a timely flyer in the mail, and by seeing one of their trucks just up the street. I called and Larry returned my call and came by to view my project and provide me with an estimate.

The job -- a relatively small one -- required re-forming concrete steps and repairing a concrete landing.

I was very impressed by Jewitt Masonry, and this is why:

1) Every member of Larry and his team were polite and professional throughout the entire project.

2) The work was done extremely well, and with attention. The team from Jewitt came by repeatedly over two days to complete the various phases of work required when laying concrete.

3) Unknowingly and without comment, they even patched up a few holes in my concrete driveway and sidewalk that had eroded from rain over the last few years.

4) After the project was over, and I had paid Jewitt, I had two minor changes (one the result of my running water over the concrete too soon), and Jewitt Masonry were back in a few days to make the improvements... no change to budget and no complaints.

I've had several contactors work on my 95-year old home in the last 6 years and, without a doubt, Larry and his team were one of the best. Their customer service, quality work, competitive pricing, and courteous follow-up were all top notch. I recommend them.
