Advantage Flooring did wonderful work on our flooring job in our new home! We had about 2000 sq feet of hardwood that we wanted refinished. Worst experience with a contractor ever. Once they got our money, everything went downhill. Timelines were routinely not respected, communication came in text messages only, calls were not returned and by the end of it we paid Jay to get lost so that we could get the job done properly. The estimate wasn't cheap and we were definitely taken for a ride by this company.

We've had a very pleasant experience with Advantage Flooring from day one when we contacted them for an estimate. Always responded timely and professionally, even though that was during their busiest time of the year. The hardwood was delivered on time, the installation started as promised and the crew managed to do all the work in 3 days instead of 4 as it was originally estimated. All work was done with professionalism and high quality and they even accommodated an extra request from us, which was another half day of work.
