We have used Oliva Carpet and Rug Cleaning for several years now. Olin is 100% professional and very nice. This time he came with his son who also helped and was quite nice. They were efficient and the work was done to perfection. This is the kind of small company we should all support. Thank you!

Communication was top notch. We were told the date and time and Ben called that day to provide an update on the scheduled time. Ben arrived at the agreed upon time and was very professional. I pointed out one particular spot of concern and he assured me he could take care of it and he certainly did. The process took approximately one hour and we were very pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to recommend.

They did a fantastic job with our area rugs and mats . Then they came and did a superb job refreshing with a deep cleaning our large sectional sofa . Later in the week they did our ducts . Oliva did an amazing job cleaning my area rug. It is 100%wool and sculpted. It came back like new. I was thrilled. Also, I had previously used Oliva for cleaning broadloom that had years of cat dander in it. They did a special treatment and it was amazing. I didn’t have any allergic reactions after the cleaning.

We have used this company in the past and was very satisfied. I recently had my rugs, a chair and my tiles and grouts cleaned.
