Oliva carpet cleaning was professional, punctual and friendly. They used high quality machines and eco-friendly products and left my carpets absolutely spotless. They even did some floor mats I had at no extra cost!!! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using their services for all my future needs. I've had this service provided to me before, so I can say with experience that Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning Service provided the most professional and timely service that I've had so far. There was a remarkable difference - they took out stains that I thought were never going to come out! They were also very accommodating, as I called them last minute. I had a plumber flood my bathroom floor and adjacent carpeted family room as he unplugged my downstairs toilet. He left the mess behind him and said it was my problem to deal with. I called Oliva carpet cleaning after reviewing ratings on Homestars, and reading comments posted.
Service was EXCELLENT, from my initial call for help, through to them completing the job. Not only did they replace underpad and clean the area that had been contaminated, they cleaned the entire traffic areas of the carpet free of charge.
They were on time, polite, respectful, and considerate, and did an absolutely fabulous job. I highly recommend this company.

I have 7 years old dog, who , as getting older,recently made awfull mess, leaving pet stains all over place.
I have looked for best possible solutions, found Oliva carpet care here in Oakville, as they are pet stains and odour specilist. They came, clean and sanitized all carpet, it's as good as new again! some yellowing from staind left marks, but I have saved $5000 for new carpet .all smell is gone, carpet dried fast and looks fresah andf soft. Before moving in to a 15-year old home, we had Oliva Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in our entire 2nd and 3rd floors (which were stained and filthy), including 2 flight of stairs -- and they did a GREAT JOB! We also had them clean our ducts and they even checked our furnace for free. Because I am pregnant and I have a 2-year old daughter, I am very particular with the product they use. Vi patiently explained to me their cleaning process as well as the natural disinfectants they use. I was very comforted and I am very happy that we decided to go with them...specially after I saw how clean the carpets were...and it was all done without using harmful chemicals. :)
