It was a difficult job to clear the roots, but Dave at Vaillancourt worked on it for almost 4hrs and never complained once. As we are in the process of selling our home, Vaillancourt Plumbing came through during a highly stressful time. From the phone staff being so friendly and courteous and the plumber himself being very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They went above and beyond to come in same-day for our clogged kitchen sink. This was especially appreciated since were scheduled to list our home the very next day. Dave was polite and kept the area clean since we had just had professional cleaners in the house. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a leak from somewhere from the bathtub and it was intermittent.
The technician came, assessed the situation, explained our options and we went with his experience.
The leak was stopped and he was very professional

We were very pleased with the service. Efficient and everything was cleaned up when job was completed.

The team came in and explained where the issue was, which was more than a clogged drain. Had new pipes put in and they cleaned up very well with all the debris.
