Alberta Furnace Cleaning

Appointment booking was easy. The two technician Edison and Xianglong were very friendly and efficient. They double checked everything to make sure the furnace, dryer , and all vents are clean. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I definitely recommended this company and I will hire them again in my next cleaning.

I am naturally skeptical of everything involving money and billing. I was expecting a suprise fee here and there and an over 500$ bill.

To my suprise for 17 vents and furnace cleaning and coil cleaning of my air conditioning, the cost was 293$. A very reasonable price for the time and work done.

I am pleasantly suprised and have already referred this company To a coworker.

I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

The staff greeted me with a smile. They were very courteous and respectful of me and my home and my son. They explained clearly what they will do and estimated cost and time it will take them. They met all their intended task with excellence.

Andrew and Kurt came on time to do my furnace and duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, they are very courteous ,friendly and professional. Andrew showed me and explained how things work effeciently with my furnace,they took pride with their job. He is very knowleageble with the product and he recommend me to change my disposable filter to permanent one. I'm well satisfied with their job.

The maintenance staff came within the time frame specified. Ariel and Ha are are polite and professional Ha told me what they will be doing. When they are done he explained to me the total costs of my bill and he showed me a better quality filter the company are selling but I declined to buy for now. They left my place neat and tidy yes.. I will repeat my business with your company.

The 2 young gentlemen cleaned 34 ducs and serviced 2 furnaces.
Unfortunately truck stopped running and it took 30 minutes to get it restarted, otherwise they did a good job and I appreciated they get feet covered in my new home.

Very friendly and informative technicians, left a bit a mess in garage when cleaning central vac and the dryer vent.
For what I paid, I shouldn't have to clean up after them.
Price for individual vents is a little costly.

I've never seen any company that are more professional than this. From the time making an appointment through the phone to having 2 people coming over to service my furnace the process and professionalism is beyond excellent. I was happy to spend $400 and it did not make me feel expensive at all due to exceptional service. I never write anything like this but exceptional service makes me want to write a review. I'm in service industry as well and I've learned a lot from them about making customer happy and being professional.

Ador and Marie were extremely good and polite moreover they knew their job well they were courteous professional in their approach and hard working
All that matters is the cost .....................competitively priced...

I have used this company before and would do so again. Very fast and efficient, great staff and they were very organized. Service was completed in less than an hour.
