Concrete sidewalks

The best way to describe my experience with Three Little Pigs Masonry is to express my full satisfaction with my new sidewalks.
Long overdue, about 20 years, my sidewalks were sloping causing water to get into my house. New sidewalks are plain but put in with the slope away from the sides of house. Friendly crew, Leeroy, GB, and Chucky. Approved contractor!

House closing masonry repairs

Under pressure to find a masonry contractor that would do all the masonry repairs to our house to close a house sale. Contacted the office of Three Little Pigs Masonry and was treated with the urgency that we needed. Bumped up to make the deadline. Work was excellent and clean up as well. Easiest experience with a contractor of any type. Well deserved 10 star.

Sinking house corner

What do you do when the corner of your house is sinking?
Call someone who KNOWS what they are doing. David Fritz of the Three Little Pigs Masonry was our guy.We bought our home with no home inspection. Bad idea and advice from our real estate agent. We wanted to live in the Beaches so bad that we waived the inspection. David's men listened to his every instruction. An VERY expensive lesson in something I had never heard of- underpinning.

After contacting a handful of highly rated firms to complete the work, Three Little Pigs Masonry was an easy choice – they were extremely responsive to our questions and offered competitive pricing. The work was scheduled to fit our desired timing and was well done. As an added touch, the Three Little Pigs team used some extra bricks to fix a few other spots on our chimney that they identified as in need of repair. We were very pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Foundation repair!

We had an unsightly foundation problem at the front of our house and garage.!
We choose 2 companies to call from prices and Three Little Pigs Masonry came out on top.!
The estimator, David Fritz, was personable and knowledgeable. His proposal was different to
the pother contractor but he told his time to explain to us. Robert did a great job everyday and
he made sure to clean up everyday before he went home. The job looks great and we are
happy.
