Techno Kitchen Refacing

We recently completed a renovation of our kitchen and, without reservation, I can attest to the fact that Techno Kitchens is an outstanding company. From the beginning of the process with Frank Silletti, the company president and salesperson, to the attention given to us by the showroom rep, Sheri Austin, and the installers, Mike and Shaun, we could not have asked for anything more. Beyond their superb products, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, they are responsive, patient and informative. It seemed that anything we asked for, they would try to accommodate. As we didn’t have a contractor, Sheri guided us through the entire process, sharing her knowledge and helping us to access the trades, each of whom was equally excellent. The end result is beyond beautiful – everything we had hoped for and more. I would highly recommend Techno Kitchens and plan to contact them in the future with other projects we have in mind.

Thank you to Frank, Donna and especially Shaun for an amazing job very well done on my kitchen renovation. Not only was the job completed on time and within budget but it was also beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend the Techno team to anyone looking for a top quality renovation for their kitchen.

All posts about Techno to date has been positive so I would like to add a negative from a personal viewpoint.
But firstly POSITIVE. Our next door neighbor had Techno do a stunning makeover, I am not the nosy type asking cost factor but figured 20K would be my max for same type work that would add thousand of dollars beyond for resale of our property. we had no interest getting several quotes, Techno was to be a go within budget or scrap the whole idea.
Our first contact on Speers Ave showroom was Donna, without her expertise knowleage and gifted people skills the wheel would never spin to stage two, enough said.
Frank arrived for the quote and pointed out areas of concern that never had entered my mind to make the transformation totally perfect for resale. we had 20K cost factor in mind that we would stay within and was blown away when Frank's quote hit us at almost $4000. less than our anticipated budget, here is to Frank leaving money on the table, cheers.
Our kitchen renovation by Mike and Shawn was totally professional to detail, these guys also had above average workman social skills while performing and we truly miss them. We all know Kitchens and Bathrooms if done right can only upgrade for resale, and our kitchen made a major step;
The NEGATIVE. retired and living in 4500 sq ft with the kids having flown the coop our destination is Niagara on the Lake to downsize, having friends there I was looking forward to golf and a new lifestyle,,, Now my wife won't move because of this bloody kitchen she has fallen madly in love with and wants to stall the transfer for 2 or 3 years.

PS,,, Techno is not a fly by night company that will perform work within a short timeframe, waiting period could be several months away, if considering work done down the road make your contact early.

We had our kitchen refaced with new counters about 3 years ago! It still looks like the very first day it was completed. Frank & his crew were just great to work with! Highly recommend this company for re-doing your kitchen!

We have a fairly large kitchen. When we decided to update it we looked at all options, both replacement and refacing. As soon as we met Donna we were pretty certain as to the route we would take and, after meeting with Frank at our house we were sure. Frank was very professional, he listened to what we wanted and also suggested new things that we hadn't even thought of. Donna was awsome and coordinated the entire job, always quickly answering any questions that we had. Shawn and Max did the actual job and were both amazing. The bulk of the job was completed by Max and we have only great things to say about his work. He is a true craftsman. He was extremely patient with us when we asked for small changes and often suggested minor alterations himself. He was on time each day and our kitchen was always left tidy each night. The job was completed in the agreed time frame and at the agreed price. An excellent experience from start to finish! Everyone who has seen our new kitchen is amazed at the change. We would not hesitate to recommend Frank and his company to anyone.

We interviewed 4 different companies prior to making our decision to work with Techno Kitchens. Frank was the last person we spoke with and by far had the best overall knowledge about kitchens and how to obtain the look that we were after.

Shawn and Mike did the actual job and these two gentlemen worked tirelessly daily. They never complained about anything and went out of their way to make sure they did everything correctly. They arrived on time daily and did the job in the exact amount of time that was initially discussed, however this meant for a few late nights for both of them. (without any complaint). This kitchen was done over in a home valued at over $1.5M+ so we were reluctant at first but the end result was pleasingly wonderful. It actually came out better than I had hoped for, nothing short of a spectacular change over. Frank suggested some new glass doors and glass shelves in a few areas that really added to a great look, as well as he put legs on the cabinets on the old corners, that came out wonderful. The did the sub zero fridge panels over and it came out looking like a brand new appliance, what a fantastic new look.

Sheri assisted to make sure we got the right handles for the doors and cabinets and was also wonderful to work with.

At Techno kitchens you have a group of people that are all working together like a great team in unison, making sure everything is completed properly and on time. I would use Frank and his team again anytime, they simply were the best and wonderful to work with.

Purchase with confidence from Techno Kitchens, if you need any special items changed like we did, they will be there for you to make sure it gets done correctly.

After everything was completed Frank came back to the house just to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Now how much better does it get than that? After most kitchen guys have your money you'll never see them again. This is not the case with this company, they stand behind their work 100%.

I am proud to be able to write this glowing review as my wife and I are feeling very happy that we choose Techno Kitchens to do this makeover for us and that we didn't end up with any of those "other guys". What a great decision we made in choosing Techno Kitchens for our makeover! Again it came out spectacular and right on schedule.

Feel free to recommend family and friends to this team as you can rest assured they will get the job done the first time to your satisfaction and will be there for years to come should you ever need service.

Watch out though as they are extremely busy going from one job to the next, as we had to wait for a couple of months just to get it going. Well worth the wait, just in case you were wondering.

We were very interested after spending a lot of time with Donna. Once we had our consultation with Frank in our home we were sold.
We had some changes in mind & Frank offered some of his own which improved on the functionality.
Mike arrived at the scheduled time
A pleasant young man to have in your home He would arrive & get straight to work, at then end of the day the kitchen was usable to prepare dinners.
I was still a bit apprehensive about the look would it be cheap etc but once the job was complete we were pleasantly surprised. We now have a new kitchen which looks great & functions much better
I would not hesitate to have Frank & his staff complete another reno project

I will admit I was a little apprehensive at first to have my kitchen cupboards refaced versus replaced. Would they look cheap? After reading the great reviews and seeing proof from photos on Homestars I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I have not regretted it one bit. From beginning to end I had nothing but great service from Frank and assistant Donna. Mike (and Shaun) worked wonders in my kitchen and were very courteous to deal with. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of updating their kitchen. All the good things you read about Techno on this site are so true! Thanks to you all for making my kitchen look so wonderful .

Fantastic! It has been 7 months since we had our kitchen refaced by Techno Kitchen, and we have now had the painting and lights installed, so I wanted to add pictures. It is so great to find a reliable expert that does such wonderful work. Thanks to Frank and his team, the kitchen looks great. It is so worth getting the refacing done. What a difference! We are trying to think of another project we could hire Frank and his team for.

Excelent job, clean, neat, nicelly done, on time not a day behind. Absolute attention to details.
Frank had some ideas at the beging
that we were a bit hesitant because of the budget and the thought if he is trying to sell us more. We went with his suggestions and he was 100% right. He was trying to do a good job and we are very happy now that we lisened. It wasn't just a sale pitch he wanted to make it good and pretty. It cost us a bit more that planed but it is worth.
We just got another property and in a year or two we are calling him back.
Donna was very knowledgeable and helpful.
