I would highly recommend not using this company. I used them for some re wiring and a panel upgrade to 200Amp.
These were my issues:
- Stan said that my house was in jeopardy of potential danger due to my wiring. He gave me a quote of around 10,000 to change out all of my wiring (aluminum). His guys showed up and explained that all of my wires had already been piggy backed correctly and that I was not in danger at all and that he did not understand why Stan had suggested this.
- I had them re check all of my outlets, plugs, lights. They re wired one light in the hall and one wire in the garage. They upgraded my panel. And installed an outlet outside for me. Stan charged me 5000.
- when the guys left after I paid them I had to clean up all of the mess. They left wires on the ground outside, in my garage and basement. They didn't even sweep up any debris they made. And I'm not super picky but it was a lot.
- my garage door sensors stopped working after the guys finished working in my garage. I called Stan. He sent his guys back. They said they never touched these wires so they don't know why this is happening. I could tell the wires had been moved but they denied moving them. Said they couldn't figure out what the issue was. I should call a garage door company. I said well is Stan going to pay for that? They said of course he is. The garage door was working fine before we started now it's not. It must be something we did.
So I called a garage door company. They fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Said the sensor wires had been pulled out and weren't put back in correctly. They charged me 95 dollars for the service call. And added that he felt it was worrisome that electricians could not insert two wires into the back of a garage door opener easily.
So I emailed Stan. Guess whose not responding or paying this bill.
Stay away from this company is my advise.

Amazing experience overall. Stan was professional in every aspect, from answering questions, to explaining his process. He was quick to reply to my first inquiry and was always willing to explain what he needed to do and why. There were no questions about what was going to happen.

I had Kronos rewire my newly purchased home from aluminum to copper wiring. It was a massive job and Kronos completed it in just under 3 weeks. I thought that the staff were very friendly approachable and professional, they reviewed the work and answered any questions as the job was being completed.

At the end of the job, I new exactly what my final costs would be (as per an accurate quote) and the job was completed to their very high standards. Also they offer 10 year warrantee on all their work, which you don't see.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kronos Electrical.

We required hardwired oven converted, Stan came out 2 days after I had called to access the job and was able to complete work the very same day! Very efficient, professional and reasonably priced, I will not hesitate to use their services again, extremely satisfied!!!

This is the second time I have Kronos to complete the electrical works for my home. The team did an excellent job in installing pot lights in my dining room and basement. They also fixed a neutral issue with a circuit in my basement. They are very professional and easy to work with. They clean up the place when they are done. I am planning my next home renovation project with them already. Highly recommended.

I am well pleased with the service of Stan and his team. Came on time, professionally completed the task, answered our questions and provided advises and suggestions. All together excellent service. Keep up the good work Stan.

We needed to upgrade and install few outlets on second floor of the house as well to update our insufficient panel. Stan came in , looked and sent a written quote within 48 hrs. His quote was very competitive based on other quotes we got for the same work. He organized all for us and got the work done on time and on exact budget...no surprises...his workmen were polite , on time, knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with.
After all work was done they left the areas of work clean and free of any work related garbage.
I would recommend and already did recommend Kronos Electrical to my friends. We will also look for more work to be done in fall.
