If my husband and I could give Bill & Miguel a 500 out of 100, we would. We couldn’t be more delighted. Initially, we contacted Bill to help deal with the residue of 30+ years of ivy growth that had suddenly died and needed to be removed. Bill came as soon as we contacted him and was able to do the job—and the tuck-pointing that we’d put off for over 30 years—at the end of the same week. His price was more than reasonable and his work is... perfection. He sets, and meets, the very highest standards for himself.
A few weeks later, we had to deal with basement flooding and needed a wall built. Bill came immediately and shifted his schedule around so that he could help us out. He worked tirelessly and, again, his work is perfection. We really can’t say enough in praise of him. He is, as I told him on the morning when he showed up—two days before he said it was possible, but after a night of pelting rain (and, yes, more basement flooding—a hero. Thanks, Bill!!!!!

A brick cleaning and tuck-pointing. Fabulous job, eye-popping. Service unsurpassably courteous, swift, honest, clean, witty, charming, efficient, and artistic. Cannot recommend highly enough!!! Estimate was done within 20 hour of phone call, job was done 2 days later and complete 3 days later. Almost like magic!

Our 100 year old front porch was in desperate repair as mortar had deteriorated and bricks were coming out. Bill's team did a great job, provided great customer service and left no mess behind. I also asked them to fix a loose stone on my steps, they went above and beyond and and looked after all the stones. Bill's price was fair and the work by his team was excellent.

Bill was helpful and communicative about the job and our needs to fix all immediate problem areas by repointing and replacing spalling bricks in our 100 yr old house. As well as diagnosing the problems he told us how to avoid more damage. He and his team were quick and thorough and we are happy with the result, particularly in matching the colour of both the mortar and the bricks where holes needed to be filled.

Making our house look awesome! If I could give them a 6 star rating I would. I was a little nervous about working on my house but they had fixed all of my neighbours homes and they looked great. Bill was really quick to reply and gave me really good advice about how to tackle the job. The people who did the job were really professional - the work took a couple of days and the job site was cleaned up each and every day. The finished product was even better than we expected.

I'm happy to recommend Victorian Restoration. My neighbors and I own a block of 6 1890 Victorian row houses - all but two have now had their fronts cleaned - showing off the warm orange colour of these soft porous bricks produced at a Greenwood brickworks. In addition to the cleaning, the fronts were repointed with honey-coloured mortar that made it difficult to these were anything other than well maintained cottages.

The rear of the houses also were repointed and patched as required. Victorian Restoration did such a good job, the fifth neighbor is planning on having the same work done next year.
