Amazing service. All of my calls were returned within 30 minutes! The technician showed up on time and the work was expertly done. I highly recommend this company for eavestrough repair. Oh, and no mess was left behind.

Actually after i read the great reviews here i referred this co to my mother b4 i even had my own work done. I was happy to find that Kerry was assigned to my house becuz ppl had mentioned him here. That inspired confidence. The owner Rhoda was very courteous & replied to my emails asap. |Not being a phone person, she accommodated my email preference all arrangements were made via email. Kerry was polite, friendly, helpful & gave me a very reasonable quote. I asked to have the neighbour's issue resolved as well as we r attached. We got the work done immediately--not 6 mo to a yr later like some companies. There was a minor miscommunication but Kerry was more than helpful, accommodating and reasonable. I'm looking forward to dry bricks the next time there is a mega downpour. A big thank u to Kerry for alieviating one less headache in my life!!! Great customer service :)

Within 24 hours of my original call, Jacob was on-site cleaning the eavestrough of my home. He quoted a good price and showed me areas where my troughs could benefit from some minor maintenance. The minor fixes were added to the quote and he completed the job that day. I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Armstrong and Nelson.

I called Armstrong and Nelson to install gutter guards on the eavestroughs of the garages in our townhouse complex. Mike came to quote, showed us the various options and promptly started the work once his reasonable quote was approved a few days later. He and his colleague were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I have no problem recommending them.

I had 2 downspouts disconnected and then extensions added to take the water away from the house. The serviceman was helpful and I liked that he explained his proposed solution. He arrived when promised and was professional. It ended up being too wet to do some needed caulking but he came back next day to finish the caulking as promised. Later, my basement waterproofing contractor commented on the excellent work done on the downspout disconnection. Thanks!

I was very happy with the service provided. I found the rates to be much more economical then other companies I contacted and they repaired my eavestrough quickly. Most importantly, when they came out to do the quote, they found that the eavestrough was a danger the way it was hanging and they went up to cut it off until they could come back to fix it. Solid work.

I hired Armstrong& Nelson Eavestroughing INC. for Eavestrough repairs and replacement ,following a leak my basement. It had been a summer of house disasters and I needed a competent, trustworthy company to assess and deal withn the eavestrough issue. I had SUPERIOR service from the initial phone call and booking of the appointment to work completion . MY technician KERRY was organized ,professional , time conscious[ he called me when stuck in traffic and it was only a 10 minute delay] and a caring,supportive individual. I had other companies quote this job and KERRY was the only person who went up on the roof ,fully inspected the situation and sent me a detailed plan with costs within less than 24 hours. Upon completion there were no surprizes or hidden costs .

Loved the service from Armstrong and Nelson, here's why:
It's Saurday and the eavestrough at the front of our house on the upper deck fell away from the facia board. I called Armstrong and Nelson and they were open for business on a Saturday. They took my info and gave a quotation and arrived and did the repair on Monday (2 days later) with a 3 year warranty. The fellow that came to my house was "Ben" a well experienced man that has been working with eavestroughing for a long time, no newbie, he really knew what he was doing and made it look easy. Ben left our place clean & tidy and the repair done to my satisfaction. Just like new again!

I called a few companies requesting either repair or replacement of my eavestrough which was loose and letting water overflow. Only Ben from Armstrong and Nelson suggested repairing rather than replacing the aluminum eavestroughs. He came within a week and took about an hour to clean and secure the loose eavestrough pieces around the roof. The price was a fraction of the multi- thousand dollar estimates I received from the other companies who only wanted to replace. My eavestroughs functions properly now. Ben was friendly and fast. If your looking to save money and still get a job efficiently and well done then I definitely recommend Armstrong and Nelson.

I called a few companies for a complete replacement of rotted fascia and the installation of gutters, downsouts and roof vents. They were one of 2 companies who showed any interest in doing the work. Tom called and came over for a full inspection and wrote me up a complete and through description of what needed to be done and an estimate. I trusted Tom but told him the price difference on some of the work was over one of his competitors. He obliged with a price match and we signed the contract. He installed everything as promised and was courteous, informative and friendly. It was a pretty big job and I'm very satisfied with the work done. Once the job was complete, I noticed the drip edge was not installed. These things happen sometimes. I called Tom and he promptly came over to add them no BS. My only real complaint was the work took a little longer than I would have liked and on the days he did not show up , it would have been nice to get a call to tell us. I'm sure they're all quite busy so this type of stuff is to be expected with the weather and emergencies. Otherwise, I would have no problem reccomending Tom anytime.
