Never buy a home from rohit, worst builder you could ever use, product is horrible brand new home leaking through the roof not taking responsibility for it have to tak them to court, bad in every aspect. Any joe blow could build a home the way these fake professionals build homes.

Be careful. Not what we expected. In a rohit home for 2 years still not completed.

Hold back funds for deficiencies if buying.

Before buying go to one of their communities and knock on doors for references.

Don't believe all the awards, advertising by homebuilders associations.

Very personable and friendly. Answered all of our questions if they could. If they couldn't, they always got back to us within hours. Reasonably priced for good quality home. Would recommmend to anyone!

From the very beginning Rohit was terrible to deal with. They made promises they were unable to keep, had items in showhome that were not in actual home, did a poor job at customer service, quality and workmanship. Overall a poor company to build with and I would never recommend them
to anyone....ever !!
