We discovered water coming in our basement close to the end of winter. I called Nusite and David came by and he spent an hour in showing and telling me how waterproofing works. We waterproofed from outside and they dig all three sides of the house and installed new weeping tiles and a sump pump. They were efficient, courteous and very obliging. They always left the place very clean and would recommend them highly.

I had a crack running down from my window well that caused my basement to leak when it rained hard. Dave from Nusite was one of two contractors to come give a quote. I went with Nusite because he spent over an hour with me explaining and showing me the work that needed to be done and why. They ended up having to dig out part of the foundation because the crack ran about 3 feet below the ground. The workers were courteous and didn't leave a mess when they were done. So far after 2 months no leaks so I am very happy with their work.

They got the work done very quickly, but it seems it needs to be repaired again as we had another wave of leaking in the last rainfall in the same area they apparently repaired. We have been trying to get a hold of anyone to come and see it, but they have not called us back. Not happy right now...

We had water enter our basement during the multiple large thaws this past winter. The leak appeared to be caused by a crack in the foundation. We had three different companies quote on a solution. Eric, from Nu-Site, provided the most comprehensive assessment of all the companies. He checked the various walls well away from the problem to ensure we were catching everything. Workers were very nice and worked very hard to get the job done in a couple days. I'd recommend Nu-Site for waterproofing.

We discovered a leak in our basement about two years ago. We decided to use Nusite to fix the problem because the representative was knowledgeable, the price was reasonable and we were quite comfortable with him. About a year after the job was completed there was another leak in the area that was previously repaired. The company was contacted and we thought that the problem was resolved, however, we are once again experiencing a leaky basement. I contacted the company again a couple of times and finally someone came to the house on June 5/14. He suspected a couple of problems and told me he was going to take it back to the office to find out how this problem should be handled and he would contact me. To date, June 11th he has yet to contact me.

So happy to have been referred to Nusite after having three other estimates. When Gemil showed up I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and put at ease by his genuine demeanour. His diagnosis and solution made the most sense of all estimates I received and the price was definitely fair. The crew that came out the following week were a group of hard working and very conscientious men and they left the job in an impeccable state considering all the jack-hammering and digging they completed.
I highly recommend this company, especially considering the previous three companies gave me solutions that I felt were patches that looked good but not a proper solution. Even the sub-contractor, Mike, they had me use to disconnect and reconnect my air conditioner was very professional and did a great job.
The whole process was completed very quickly and I am very grateful everything went smoothly and all involved were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and punctual.

We are very happy with the waterproofing work which NuSite has performed at our house. Our initial contact with NuSite was with Eric Cohen at the home show. He explained the whole process of waterproofing at the show, and later followed up with a home visit to provide us with a detailed estimate. Eric was very knowledgeable and courteous. After signing the contract, Sergey, the foreman showed up with his crew at the appointed date and time to begin the work. They performed their work with excellent workmanship, and met our expectations. We have no hesitation to recommend NuSite for other waterproofing projects.

My Window Wells were filling up with Rain Water due to clogged drains & a poor weeping tile system... we decide to waterproof at the same time
the digging was taking place... Ryan Steinberg and Lloyd of NuSite came to my rescue one Friday when there was heavy rain
and water pooling on Frozen Ground around the house before the job was completed...our project was very challenging in that they were digging nearly frozen clay this past March 2014, but NuSite did an amazing job...Milan & Crew were very efficient
