Nusite group did a great job from start to finish! I have built many homes before and this was the first time using Nusite. And most definitely won't be the last.

After calling the office, I quickly received a call from Jeff who is an estimator and project manager. He was young and very knowledged at everything. He was very good at explaining exactly what is involved in underpinning.

Once the project had started, Ryan and his crew completed the work. Once again I was very impressed with how professional the whole crew was. Throughout the whole project, both Jeff and Ryan were very good at answering all my questions and just making me feel very comfortable with all of the work that was being done.

I am very glad that I chose to use nusite and I would definitely use them again!

This is the second time Nusite has done work for me . They do an excellent job. Gemils is great to work with, he explains everything to you so you know what is required to do the whole job. Joe and his crew are terrific, do a real good job. Joe shows you exactly what they are going to do so you understand the work needed. I recommend Nusite very highly.

My basement was leaking and I had to fix the issue in a timely manner as my tenant began to complain. After searching for a company with a good reputation for a fair cost, Nu-Site was by far the most comprehensive company I found.
I originally spoke with David. He sent his guys out the same day and once I gave the go ahead the job was done quickly and efficiently.
The crew was friendly and clean. They kept me posted on developments and what they found and most importantly, they original quote was exactly what I paid.

Nusite team did an extensive underpinning and waterproofing on a historical home at mt. pleasant and Lawrence for us they were competitive and completed every thing that was promised by Ryan . I had a below grade entry that was filling with water and the wall seemed to be shifting. I was worried that the wall would become unsafe and had to do something about it. I came across Nusite through a referral and seeing their trucks in my area and it turns out they do special structural repairs like this.

I had a few contractors come take a look and no one could give me a logical and economical solution aside from rebuilding it. David, one of the sales guys, came out and immediately knew what to do and with a quick appointment with an engineering firm he designed a solution that I could afford. Within a week of the drawings being made, the Nusite team was there. The main guy Ryan ensured me the timeline, how the job would go and kept me updated on the progress while I was at work.

They booked and took care of everything from the engineer, concrete, landscaping and all the inspections. They even took care of my neighbours property ensuring no damage happened as we share a mutual laneway. Once the job was complete and cleaned up, the office helped me get all the engineering reports, warranty sheets and necessary invoices.

I would definitely recommend David, Ryan and the Nusite team for your structural repairs if you are as unfortunate as I was to encounter one on my property. Happy to say it has been over a year and it is still in great shape with no leaks. Thanks guys!

I was renovating my house this past summer and when the basement was gutted we discovered we had some water coming in.

After searching the internet and taking a referral from my contractor we decided to have Nusite come out and quote. The salesman was David and he went through the issues and explained the job in detail. He showed me photos, and references and they were highly recommended by my contractor so we went with them.

The job was a large excavation and we were worried about the mess. To my surprise, the job started very clean and the crew that arrived was great.

Once it was dug out they used a camera to check the weeping tiles and showed me we needed to do more work.

The job was extended to over half the house and we even added a sump pump. After it was done, it was cleaned up and showed little signs of the job even happening.

After the job was complete, their office was extremely helpful in getting me the invoicing, warranty sheet and the rebate forms for the sump pump.

For a job most people consider a nightmare these guys at Nusite made it pretty easy for us. I would highly recommend David and his team any day.

Nusite came out to my brand new build to help with the high water table we found upon digging the hole. David and his team were great from start to finish. They worked with my builder ensuring no lost time on the job site coordinating the job. They did an exterior waterproofing job, new weeping tiles and based on David's advice, we did an interior waterproofing as well. The options for sump pumps, backup systems and interior waterproofing were more money than the competitors but it seemed well spent and justified. It went against some other contractor opinions but based on the presentation and speaking with our contractor, we believed what he said was in our best interest. Our basement is now finished and bone dry. If you are renovating your house or building a new one I would use these guys. If I move, I will be calling David back to do my next property.

Had nu site back for a second job water proofing. Took care of one side last year and this past month we got them back to do the other side. We also had them put in a sump pump and excavate a little area to have the area lowered. Everyone associated with the job was great. Helpful, polite, clean.

I highly recommend this company. They have saved my basement for years to come
