Great service and came on time. After explaining the product and instalation......I trusted him for the job.

Our 10 year old gas hot water heater was leaking and had thermostat issues. Baldwin and the team at Pacific Home Comfort removed the old heater, and at our request installed the new heater in a more convenient location in our basement. This included removal of an unused laundry sink and rerouting of all the gas, electrical and vent piping. Their install work is flawless and fast, and they left the work area more clean than when they arrived. Outstanding work and amazing customer service.

We recently moved into our new house and thought that the humidity would be fine in the winter time. Sadly we we're wrong as it has been really dry.

I asked around and family members recommended I reach out to Pacific Home Comfort. Baldwin was able to accommodate my request quickly. He was very prompt with his communication as well as arriving on time. He set proper expectations on install time (which he met) and also took time afterwards to run me through the operations of the unit.

Having already had a negative experience with another company, my neighbor recommended Baldwin from Pacific to deal withour faulty furnace. I can see why they saw his service as professional, thorough, personable and reasonably priced.
Baldwin came at the time arranged, listened intently to our challenges with the furnace, and was able to determine what the trouble was after examining it. He made a temporary fix and came back the following day (Sunday!) having picked up the part to install it.
In this second visit, Baldwin and his colleague Hermann noticed there was another issue with the furnace. They pointed out the issue and explained what they thought was the best course of action to address it. They spent extra time ensuring furnace is running optimally, after a service call that had already extended past what they were expecting.
Problem has been fixed and furnace is running great.
