David and his team did an excellent job. They started earlier than expected and finished the job on time. They were clean and hardworking, showed up on time and did not miss a day even came on Saturday and sometimes worked till 7pm. Fair price for the work done and I am totally pleased with the job - my home looks like new. My curb appeal went up 100%!

The experience we had with Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone was excellent. After discussing the options to reface our house, a detailed contract was written up and thoroughly explained. We were very impressed with the tradesmen who worked so well together creating a professional and competent

David and his crew did a wonderful job replacing the stucco on the front of our 20 year old house. Professional in every way, every detail was thought out for the best execution. The house now looks brand new and still fresh after one very long winter.

The Co. and employees did a terrific job of removing our aluminum siding and putting on plywood and insulations and then 3 coats of stucco. Our 40 year old home look like new. They were clean and removed everything from the site. Thanks Great job David and Chris and crew.

David and his crew did a fantastic job. We had a Tudor style home and wanted to update it to a stucco finish. The job was completed in a total of 9 days and looks great. crew worked from 7 am to 7 pm, 6 days a week. The only thing you should be aware of is that when the Styrofoam is rasped, it creates snow like conditions of small Styrofoam balls that go everywhere (including neighbouring properties). Although the crew did a fairly good job on their clean up, we were left with cleaning up the Styrofoam residue for a couple of days. Considering the fast and radical transformation, it was well worth it.

David was excellent to work with. Patient while we deliberated over colour. Workers were excellent; punctual, friendly and courteous. We would not hesitate to recommend them and actually already have!

We had several estimates and was almost deciding. Then, we met David at the Home show in Toronto. He was so knowledgeable and resourceful. I ask him to give me and estimate with references. We check several of his past projects and talk with owners. His price was not the lowest, but our guts was telling us to go with him. Wow, it was the last project on our home and it was the first one that began on time. The crew was so cheerful and we learned that they been on the job for many years and all of them has long-term experience, and they actually like their boss. They clean everyday, on the end did not left a single drop behind. They also, power wash our sidewalk and driveway, that we did not expected at all. We were informed about the progress of the job all along the way and it was finished before the schedule. We wish that our other contractors were just like David. We are so pleased, that we highly recommend Exterior by Design-Stucco & Stone for your next home projects.

We hired Dave and his crew to install eifs stucco system at a job site for us. It is a technically demanding installation and it is easy to make a mess of it. Dave performed beautifully and 6 months later and one very cold winter, the job still looks fantastic. Professionally I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all our future work.
