We attended a tradeshow at the Tradex and spoke with Reena Prasad who was extremely friendly and helpful. We invited her to our home to initially provide a quote on our front door. We also asked for an additional quote on a patio door and a window concerning our master bedroom and dressing room. We were impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and follow-up and the quotes were better than we expected and we proceeded to go ahead with the job on all 3 items. We also attended the seminar in Langley with Shell Busey and that solidified that we had made the right choice to go with Centra.
We received a call to see if the installation could be moved up and this also worked well. Randy, Damon, and Brandon were the installers and they were very professional. I was also impressed with the dropsheets covering every place they would be even though I said it was not neccessary. When the job was complete they walked us through for an inspection and on how everything worked and cleaned up all the materials so everything was neat and clean.
We were also pleased when we called to have someone come to make a minor adjustment to the door and they sent Paul who was also very courteous and professional.
All in all we were very pleased and also wish Reena a speedy recovery as she was on medical leave during the installation, yet she silll contacted us to find out how everything went.
We have other windows that will need replacing in the future and we will certainly call Centra first!

The product was installed very professionally, they also found a lack of insulation in an area over the back door which they promptly rectified . The installation team Randy, Damon, and Brandon were very professional and businesslike and very personable. They cleaned up and took away all the old materials and explained how the new windows, screens and doors worked. We were very happy with them and the product and love the new look of our home. We would also like to thank Nolan for the time he took to go over the products and help us make the decision for the type of the 8' sliding door in the kitchen area which we are so very happy with. Also, a thank you to Terry for helping the team out and rectifying our crooked light switch. The whole experience with Centra has been wonderful. Would highly recommend them and their products.

Carl and Cory were efficient, courtious, conscientious, prompt and thorough. Good on ya, mates! Centra Windows is lucky to have such loyal employees. Looking forward to having them come back next year for more installations.

We were to have 9 aluminum windows replaced with reno crank out style window. As the first window was being installed we realized that the glass area was going to be significantly reduced using this style of window and installation method. For a house that does not have a lot fo glass this makes quite a difference in the lighting. After some discussion it was agreed to install two of the windows and have the remaining replaced with sliding style windows using new construction. We have used Centra previously and assumed the installation method would be the same. We were disappointed the salesperson did not point out the reduction in glass area,

We just got 2 large windows in our house replaced as part of our renovation plan. The end result was amazing and the two guys who came over, Joe and Corey, were on the ball and very courteous. If we ever get our other windows upgrade (which we probably will), we are definitely going back to Centra.

This was our first dealings with Centra Windows, From our first meeting with Nolan Miles, I felt very confident about the product and the service, Installers Ryan and Shawn arrived yesterday to do the install, they were friendly, efficient and produced a beautiful Product, Id have them back to my house anyday, and look forward to referring the company to my friends, Thanks guys

This is the second home Centra has done for us. We would like to thank Gary Robson for all his help once again in getting us very competitive pricing and working with our schedule.

Randy, Brandon, Damon and Shawn (and Fred for the siding) did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, neat and hard working. The quality of work was very high, and they all seemed genuinely concerned about doing a thorough job and making sure we were completely happy. They were very careful about keeping everything clean while they were working, and cleaned up all materials every day. My wife is extremely picky about contractors, and this was about the first business that has really impressed her and that she would recommend to others.
