We have had a very positive experience with Centra window.
Shaun, Justin and Kyle have just spent 3 days replacing the windows in our older slightly quirky home. They showed great care and pride in their work. They were always courteous, cheerful and willing to go the extra mile.
Mark, the sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating.
We are pleased with the quality of the product and could not be happier with the end result.

Nick & Andrew our installera were very professional and did a great job with the install. They had to take the siding off change the window and replace the siding. they worked quickly and efficiently ,were jpleasant and customer oriented.A great team very pleased with the job..

My windows and door are wonderful, as I knew they would be. Randy, Damon, and Brandon were so professional, efficient and friendly. They took time to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up everything when they were done, and put my blinds and shutters back up too- saved me a lot of work! Thanks so much Centra! When I'm ready for my next project I'll be calling you. Kevin.P and Gregg.C, were a great team and worked well together. They were very professional, friendly and had a good eye for detail on the install of our new windows. We appreciated that they took time to show us the different features of the windows and gave tips on how we might finish the interior/exterior items we were still planning to do. They were very attune to making sure things were done right and our home was left in a clean fashion. They had good experience with the install of the product and knew what they were talking about.

Paul did a great job fixing the molding around the sidelight. He arrive at the time scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently. No hesitation recommending Centra to anyone looking for new doors or windows.

Paul fixed our sliding door lock quickly! Thanks Paul! He also took a look at my bathroom screens and he adjusted them so that they slide up and down much easier. Great service, friendly and polite!

Centra Window installers arrived at my house with a friendly smile. The installers names were Kevin P., Greg, Kristian and Shayne were the best installers I met. They had helped fix my request for better finishing and started on the window in the order in which I wish the windows are to be installed without any hesitation. They even cleaned my place and informed me of any hazards due to broken glass. They were quick and installed all windows in one day with excellent finish. My wife and I are very happy.

Excellent work! I am impressed and my neighbours referral was a blessing! We did not choose the cheapest quotation and found that the price for the service and quality was reasonable. After the installation, we know we made the right choice.

lousy paint job on doors, charged money to fix the problem. centra windows is very bad at fixing mistakes. they will say any thing to get the job. they do a good job but boy do you pay for iT
