There was a water leakage from Water heater tank. I contacted company's service no. and i explained them my whole situation and they informed me that a technician will call me in 10 mins. Technician came within 1 hour and fixed the issue. And i am more than satisfied with his job. He has done a really great job with full cooperation and patience. It was really great dealing with your company

We were an exhibitor at the Calgary Home and Garden Show and Knight Plumbing was kind enough to loan us a toilet for our family day activity. They not only lent us the toilet, they helped us to bring it to our booth and back. Mark, Dave, Jason, and the other fellow on Sunday were all extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and overall just awesome guys. We will be recommending Knight plumbing to EVERYONE!!!

Came home from dr. appt to find water spraying from the outlet of the hot water tank. Turned off cold water inlet off but it started to spray also, Turned off main water inlet and called knight plumbing on Monday. Dan came out early Tuesday morning and fixed all issues. Very please with prompt, efficient and courteous service and will call again if need arises.

The hot water tank in my home started to spring a leak and we had a small river running through our basement. Fortunately, knight plumbing was very quick to respond to our distress call and came in on the same day to help us out.
The folks at the call centre were all very friendly and knowledgable, as well the technicians (Dan and Ciara) who helped me with the install were all very professional and friendly.
The work completed was very quick and everybody was courteous enough to clean up after the install.
I'm very happy with Knight Plumbing, and will call upon them again the next time my castle needs saving.

Came home to flooded basement and knight plumbing was here within an hour and replaced our hot water tank. Our tech Dan was so friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had.

Tyler was excellent! Very professional and had a smile on his face the whole time. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and trusted he would do a great job and he did.

Emergency (Saturday a.m.) water leak. Quick response on phone, and Dan (Technician) called back immediately and was at our home in less than an hour. Quickly identified the issue / location and repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Dan took the time to explain issues with PolyB piping and what an overall replacement might look like.
Super service from initial phone call to job completion!!!

Saturday of long weekend, my furnace stopped working. Due to expense decided to tough it out til Tuesday. Company, I had used, advised wouldn't be out for another day.
Called Knight Plumbing and Heating. Young lady (maria) was very empathetic and helpful said she would try to get someone out same day. Technician (Karl) was there within 2 hours. He inspected the furnace and explained what he thought was needed to fix it. He did
everything possible to repair furnace. I decided I needed new furnace but was worried about waiting another week. But it was installed the next day. Karl and Ciara were wonderful. They are personable knowledgeable and professional. They were on time, very diligent in completing the job. The job site was kept clean and tidy at all times. Karl explained everything they had done + what I need to do to maintain the equipment in good working order. The inspector was just here to give his stamp of approval as well. Thank you everyone at Knight Plumbing Heating and a/c. You have a new loyal customer. I have already recommended to another customer and will continue to do so. Keep up the work.
