I had these windows installed These windows leaked through for some time and when I called the contractor Classic Roof they said call the company, I did and they said the As Long as you are the home owner warranty didn't cover that. WHAT the hell does it cover well nothing but the glass. Because the windows were leaking for some time without me noticing the window sill rotted from the inside out and now I have a mold smelly problem. My suggestion Is RUN like hell from this product. I will have to replace the whole window and sill for 4500 now. I have pictures to show the damage these windows have caused.

We replaced 8 of our windows by Farley windows last year and we saw a great difference in heating and cooling costs. We also noticed a difference in the interior sound quality; we didn"t hear as much noise as we used to.
This summer, we were very pround of our choice when one of our neighbors accidentaly broke the glass in one of our newly replaced windows since Farley product carry a lifetime warranty on accidental glass breakage. The dealer we bought our windows from called Farley and they sent a replacement glass shortly after.
I couldn't ask for better. I'm really satisfied with the quality and the price I paid and I'd buy Farley vinyl windows again.

I Live in a co-operative housing complex. Government grant paid 4 new windows in entire co-op. Supposed 2 be Argon,low-E but no sticker or etching. Was -23C last night, air leakage @ edges of all windows, temp at botton as low as -5C, Center of glass temp was as high as +14C. Our furnace is on alot maintaining 21C.

Another waist of money by our neighbors in government. Ignorant jerks!

We have recently replaced 11 windows in our home with Farley's double hung and slider windows. No complaints here at all. They came on time, well packaged and the one follow up call I had to the company was handled in a professional and very timely manner.
The windows are beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

They have made four mistakes on one order and still have not fixed the problem. Terrible service, does not honor commitment to arrival dates. Has continually screwed up our window order from the style to the size. Would not recommend these guys at all. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.

I bought new windows for a new home construction. Within 6 months the window ghad started to warp and leak drastically. Some of my windows would no longer close without the help of a second person on the outside of the window. Farley windows look like good windows but are of extreme low quality and probably don't even meet the minimum building code specs. Farley windows may be good for a garage that isn't insulated but I would never recomend them for a house. If you buy them, you are being riped off. Do not buy Farley windows.
