This is a great company with great products and wonderful customer service. We replaced all the exterior doors in our home including patio doors and the quality is top notch of all the doors. Nigel was excellent in answering all our questions and offering advice on styles and what would work best in our home. We had a little misunderstanding during the installation and as soon as we brought it to Nigel's attention he went far above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our final product and we definitely are. I would highly recommend this company! And I'll be back when I need windows!

We had all the windows in our home replaced in addition to a new back door. We can't say enough positive things about this company. This is a family run business that clearly takes pride in doing quality work with exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Nelson made us feel comfortable. The crew lead by Albino was very professional. Our job was quite complicated but Nelson and his team were able to provide creative solutions to resolve our issues. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Our home is much warmer with the new windows and its curb appeal has definitely been enhanced.

The warmth and comfort I feel in my home as the colder months approach is a relief worth every penny. The ability to open my windows fully, and take in all the fresh air possible, is a joy I had never experienced before.

We met with a few other window and door suppliers/installers, but felt most comfortable with Dundas Wood Windows, product selection and service/attention. Nelson looked at our project and made a lot of helpful suggestions aligning our vision and budget. He was always approachable and worked with us through some changes. He was also responsive through-out the installation process and promptly responded to our concerns and questions. It was clear he had the best interest of the customer and reputation of the company in mind through-out. We would not hesitate to use them again.
