We love our Zancor home. Well thought, convenient layout and open space concept makes our house look bigger than it is. Excellent architect's design allows plenty of light any time of the day which is extremely helpful in winter time when days are really short.
All interior details from high smooth and waffle ceilings, granite and marble countertops, well crafted kitchen to quiet hardwood floors are of very good quality and taste. We are very thankful to Zancor team for such a good house. Our special gratitude to Zancor customer service team including Antonella, Marcy, Maria, Danny and Eric for their timely help, professional advice and care.

Lindsey always went above and beyond to help us with all our questions. This was our 1st experience with a new home and she was always willing to answer questions and be there for us every step of the way.

I moved in my new home in February 2017. It has been a very pleasant experience, thanks to the ladies from Customer Services especially Marcy who always address my concern throughout this whole year. I had already recommended Zancor to my friends and coworkers. Great jobs :)

I purchased my townhouse in 2015. I must say I will recommend Zancor homes to all my friends and family. This is our third brand new home and Zancor exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The lady in Décor was so nice and helped out a lot in making our townhome beautiful. My husband and i are very happy with our townhouse. Not only did Zancor homes do an amazing job on building this for us but there service was amazing too. Customer service was a great help in getting any issues i had completed. When I had a leak in my shower , someone was there to review this the following day.

We purchased our new home here in Angus Ontario. The home is built so professionally by Zancor team. We are very satisfied with our new home. We were one of the first families to purchase on opening weekend. The entire process from sales to move in has been great. We have had minor issues and all have been rectified or are currently being worked on. I do suggest that if you are purchasing a new home do you homework on upgrades and options well ahead of time as we found this a bit overwhelming, so many things to choose from so choose choose wisely.

First time purchased a home through Zancor. Amazing experience from Sales to closing and post closing. All my requests have been dealt very diligently . Have received exceptional service from Ron (Site supervisor).

This is an edit from my original review that I had made. After speaking with Domenic from Zancor, I was immediately contacted by Ron who is now the new site supervisor for Angus. Ron acted promptly and had my outstanding issues with the foundation repaired immediately by the contractors and as well work done by himself. I am satisfied with the repairs.
