Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in Toronto

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The Gracious Living Centre delivered a remodel that exceeded our expectations. The kitchen revamp was done in a manner in which attention to detail was evident. Any concern we had was addressed immediately and professionally by the designers as well as the owner personally. This promptness and sense of urgency when it comes to making their customers happy is the reason why The Gracious Living Centre has been in business for 25 years! We are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen and would highly recommend The Gracious Living Centre to friends and family because of their ability to turn any kitchen into a stunning space.

I can not tell you in detail why we were so unahppy with this company, because the owner threatened to contact a lawyer to sue us for slander and deflamation?! It was not their first threat during this project. Any company that resorts to threats to avoid a negative review, or threatens clients for any reason, should be avoided.

Company Response: The client's kitchen was beautifully completed. Final payment was made in full. Photos of the completed project are available for viewing in our gallery.
Rarely do our clients avoid paying their due Invoices.
In this case the client was from another country where it was customary to avoid the last payment. They told us that they would place negative reviews & get us a bad name. This was not acceptable by The Gracious Living Centre. However the job was successfully completed & the client's paid their Invoices.
