From removal of existing structures; forming of new design; pouring gravel; pouring concrete & levelling; exposing aggregate & cutting; removal of forms & sealing......from start to finish we were impressed with Dennis, the work crews, office staff and Silvio. Top notch and highly recommended. We have had so many neighbourhood enquiries and compliments during and after completion of this project.

This is the second time I have used this company and again they did not disappoint.
This job was a removal and install of a concrete pool deck with a cantilevered bullnose over the pool edge. Again from the initial visit from Denis, it was just a formality regardless of the cost PRO was the only company I would have booked with. All the crews, excavation, forming, pouring, finishing, and sealing. ALL take pride in their work and it shows, they are punctual, respectful of the property and the surrounding properties by cleaning up after each day. This pool deck excavation was no small task considering they had to remove the existing deck with a very compact machine maneuvering around the pool with the utmost care to not damage any existing landscape etc, they made quick work of it and the forming crew took over with just as much care. pouring crew "enter John" and crew Cant say enough about this guy, and his whole team. They all know their craft and installed the deck better than I had imagined. This gentleman is on top of things and went above and beyond.

Excellent service and follow-up. The did very quick work and clean-up. Repaired a small issue without question when asked. Excellent service follow-up. Always called ahead to confirm arrival at site. Polite and efficient workers.

Amazing company. There were some issues with raw materials which made the driveway look off. Pro Concrete worked very hard to solve the problem to the point where they pulled out the existing concrete and replaced it with new concrete. They stood behind their work until we were satisfied.

I also wish I could give Pro Concrete (Silvio and his team) a lot more than 10 stars. They are definitely better than 100%. My wife wanted to contract the same job to another company as she thought Pro Concrete will not fall into our budget, but after contacting Pro Concrete we found out that there was minimal difference in price. It was a very wonderful experience since we met Silvio for the very first time for the quotation of the project until the completion of the job. Each and every person in the team did an excellent job from start to finish. They all were very punctual and were always cooperative. There are not enough words to express how happy we are after the job has been completed. They ensured that they cleaned up everything thoroughly before they left every day. Our house looks beautiful and we are getting compliments from all the neighbours for our amazing front porch. We let Silvio design our backyard and front porch and I do not think that anyone else could have come up with a better design and idea. I would highly recommend Pro Concrete to anyone and everyone for their awesome customer service and workmanship. If you contract Pro Concrete you are not only getting high quality of work, but you are also getting piece of mind that no one else can provide.

We recently put in a pool in our backyard. Pro Concrete was suggested to me by a contractor who had high praise for their work. We wanted a fairly large area around the pool that would tie in with an existing pad. I was very impressed with their salesman who gave me references (he was the only one of 3 contractors that I had asked for quotes). The professionalism was highly maintained with every crew that came by, whether it be forming, pouring, or exposing the concrete. I ended up needing a drain system to tie the pads together because the pool contractor had put the pool in higher than we originally anticipated and Pro Concrete seamlessly helped me to tie that in. I have recommended them to my neighbours and I would definitely want them to do any future concrete or paving work I need done. Thanks so much for a job well done! Lori

Pro Concrete was great from start to finish. We were very impressed with the concrete work done at our home. From the office staff to the outside crewmen, they showed nothing but professionalism and confidence in their work and product. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who came to the onsite meeting when our project was ready to start. He took the time to educate me and my wife and gave us great ideas to enhance our project. We are very content with the end result of our brand new front steps & back patio.

I wish I can give them more than 10. Pro Concrete team did a wonderful job on our driveway and walkway to the house. What a great experience with this company. It started with Denis last summer booking the job and continued with Sylvio, John and the team this summer while working on the job. I have done a massive research before I booked this job and I am so pleased with the decision we made to go with Pro Concrete. My story started June 2014. I was looking for a company to do the work. I called Pro Concrete for an estimate but I without the estimates done I thought they will be more expensive than the other smaller companies. My mistake; I did not wait for the appointment as I was in a rush and booked with a small company from Vaughn. Thankfully they did not show on time and did not get the job at the end after I paid 30% upfront. You can imagine the stress I was under to get my money back. Then tried to go with another company and I was given a referral address to check in Mississauga. While checking their reference site, my disappointment with the work completed made me feel I have to start all over in my research. On the same street while going home, I saw the most beautiful driveway. I stopped to admire and check the work. The owner drove up and stated the most wonderful conversation about Pro Concrete. He was raving about their professionalism, timing and ownership of the project. My response right away was “Pro Concrete will be out of my budget”. He said to me “not necessarily call them first but you have to be patient to wait for it to be done”. That was it. I waited for the Pro Concrete estimates and he was right. Denis, Pro Concrete, was wonderful and worked through the design with me sharing his great expertise in design and finish. I could not believe the price, they were cheaper than both companies I was selecting for the job and the quality of work is much better. The only thing is that I had to wait. My options were end of summer 2014 or early spring of 2015. Early spring 2015 it was. March this year, I get a call from Sylvio to book a site and job review with me. Sylvio, is God’s sent to me. As my husband is out of town and I had to do this on my own, he was treating me as a family member. He took care of everything to get ready for my next big party. He also recommended some fine turning to the project design. His attention to details, functionality, and safety was outstanding. Every member of his team is superb individual. Being a project manager myself, the team impressed me day after day with how coordinated they were. Teams are allocated for each task in the project, and they work in harmony and fast. Each day Sylvio will be on the site to check and review the project with me. At the end of the project, all the little details and cleanup were looked after with 110% satisfaction. I am a very detailed person and they did not miss a thing. I cannot stop talking about them with all my friends and neighbors. Even though the work is not sealed and finished yet, I have people stopping to admire the front of our house and ask me about the company and the project’s cost. Pro Concrete is worth waiting for. You will be very happy and proud of the work done on your house. My husband wants to meet the man behind this project “Sylvio” to say Thank you for taking care of this while he is not here.
