We have worked with Design Consultant Phong on two projects. One was a house reno and the latest one was a reno in our new condo. He is professional and designed a great kitchen in our house. When we moved to the condo we needed custom desk and cabinets to maximize our storage. We did full height custom designed units in the living area and custom audio storage. A new kitchen island was also needed and finally custom desk areas. We are very pleased with the quality (made in Canada), the installation and the service. We have a lifetime warranty as well. Phong was a great match for us.

We had a kitchen that required alot of specialized customization and fitting due to the age of the house. They did a fabulous job and we are very happy with the outcome.

Was looking for new kitchen cabinets and island. Their designs were exactly what I was looking for. Preparation of cabinets took a little time and so too did the installation. However, everything looked and fit perfectly. They even installed the handles and knobs I had chosen.

When I wasn't satisfied with the alignment on some drawers, a technician was dispatched to correct it. Good customer care during and after installation.

The kitchencraft showrooms make it easy to decide the color and style of cabinetry. The sales representatives are knowledgable. They provide suggestions as to the types of cabinets and inserts for the best use of space. They were quick to return and repair a panel that started bubbling.

The part of this renovation that Kitchen Craft was involved in was a dream, due to Kitchen Craft's professionalism. When we visited the showroom, we had specific ideas that we wanted to implement. Joanne C., the designer that we worked with at Kitchen Craft, came up with some ideas we hadn't considered, but listened to what we wanted, unlike other company's that we had consulted before. Kitchen Craft came up with an installation schedule that they stuck to. They are also good at honouring their warranty. My experience with this company has been far and above the best experience in all the renovations that we have undergone.

Kitchen Craft offers quality products, exceptional craftmanship, and excellent customer service. Our large renovation was completed on time and budget. We are glad we paid the additional cost of the intallation because the intaller paid attention to detail and added extra trim and moldings as needed - went the extra mile! Kitchen Craft staff were cognizant of budget constraints and didn't push any extra products. It was exactly the opposite we had to tell them we wanted extras! An exceptionally organized company and no suprises!

I purchased kitchen and bathroom cabinets from this company. From the first day of installation until 2 months later it has been nothing but stress. The installation was done so poorly I had a full page of deficiencies after initial inspection and I continued to find more of them as each day went by.

If you sit back and hope that they will provide the service to fix their mistakes you will be waiting forever. You have to contact them constantly to ensure that your complaints are addressed.

The service has been completely unacceptable. I could go on for paragraphs about the service issues I have dealt with in the past 2 months while dealing with Kitchen Craft.

We bought cabinets from them a few years ago but they started cracking immediately and we are still living with these cabinets. We called them and had them come in and they couldn't resolve the issue. In the end we will have to have to do it all again.

The designer Joy was very professional and very talented. She gave good suggestions and helped us with what we were looking for and was within our price range. The installers were professional and did a good job.
