Outstanding Service. Although some issues (what new home doesn't have them)...They have been Great. Their customer service Rep, Dale Trahan has been amazing in some testing situations. Always polite and looking to make things easier for us.

Advised my home builder after my year warranty of glass broken with my home. They took care of it right away. There was no issues contacting my warranty specialist for Losani. Losani is a great builder to buy a house from :)

I purchased a Pronto home (built by Losani Homes) and the quality of the build has been outstanding. I have owned a new home previously and I can say that I have been very impressed with Losani Homes.
In addition to being a well constructed home, customer service at Losani Homes is excellent. Their head office has been particularly responsive with regards to minor fixes covered in the 30-day and 1-year warranty periods.

I am thrilled with my new home. Everything that I asked for was delivered. If something wasn't "just quite right", someone was promptly at my door to rectify in order to make is perfect. It didn't take 5 phone calls or e-mails to have action taken. Audrey at Losani is very customer-focused and attentive to detail. All Losani staff that I encountered were courteous and professional. A lot of work goes into the details of a Losani home.

When it came to Design center it became beyond 1 star
Poor service and no expertise , no customer service and no technical knowledge as well.

they just tried to let you pay without real advise about what's good for the house
did mistakes during the appointment and then contact you back to charge you for the cost they said it's included and when you asked for a standard modification they said no it's tooo late now and charge you fees , however when it's come to upgrade they will say they can do it ( regardless if it's too late)

as long as they will have more money

Zero customer service , when I escalated that to the manager , never replied (same manager used to reply in a few mins before )

AS Buying a house is a cycle or complete loop , so if it's missing parts so won't Work

I would NEVER recommend Losani to anyone

All departments that I contacted or met with were professional and courteous. We liked the vast list of options offered and ability to alter some aspects of floor plan. It's the closest we've experienced to having a custom home built. Our sincere thanks to every member of the Losani TEAM that were involved in building our dream home. Very special thanks to Don Dorey and his team of tradesmen that worked so hard to produce a beautiful home for us. Concrete form and finishing, framing carpenters, brick and stone masons, soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs, shingles, electricians, HVAC installers, plumbers, insulation, drywall, painters, tile installers, carpet installers, finish carpenters, Barzotti cabinets. We will always remember the extra care and fine work done by these people.

i have been reading a lot of these reviews and most have been helpful. My husband and I are in the process of building our new home with Losani- and I believe it is not only the end result that should matter- but the journey as well. I can honestly say with all my heart that I am over joyed at the craftsmanship, the knowledge and the customer service with all the employees related to this Losani project. I feel the Finale will be one of the best phases built! Thank you so much to the following stand out individuals that are currently making our dream home a reality! We are a working family with 3 very small children. We built something outside city limits and now that we are here now for over a year. We are extremely happy with the location and our home. Losani has built us a home with quality. Our one year review believe it or not we only had 3 items and they were very small items. Our family is very satisfied with Losani and have told family members whom are in the market for new homes about Losani. One family member is now in the process of buying a home with Losani. For the cost of our home that we paid we are very happy with Losani and all the staff that has helped us through our experience they were very helpful and experience in what they do.
